Quilly's Magnolia RV Park

Very nice RV park. The section we were in had spacious sites, concrete pads & patios, and plenty of grass between sites. We had a pull through, but the back-ins were very nice too. The buy 3 get 1 night free made for a rate of $52 per night. FHU. Very close to many amenities on the outskirts of Vicksburg.

We stopped in without a reservation. We were able to get a spot without a problem. When we drove to that spot it was so filthy I called the office to see if we could get the one next to it. They said someone already had that spot reserved. I asked about whatever was covering the ground. I thought it was some kind of rotten fruit but turns out probably not. There were bees (one is still in my RV somewhere) and bugs. I thought with my phone call someone may offer to clean it up, especially since we were leaving to get some dinner. Nope. I would never stay here again and if you do, you don’t want spot 71.

This was our first time staying at Quilly’s in vicksburg but we will certainly be back. The sites were very spacious and well maintained as well as the dog park. The bathrooms and laundry room were also very clean. It’s right off of the interstate so also very convenient.

So far it has been good until a person moved in next to our site. We are in 14 pull thru and he is in 13. We are leaving tomorrow morning so wife went and asked him if he would move his dog fence and put picnic table out of our way so we can pull out in morning. He told her that we should figure out how to get out without him moving his stuff. I am ready to run it over in morning but will contact management first and see what they do. Been full time rv'ing for 3 yrs. And been all over the country in probably a hundred plus rv parks and never met someone like this. I want to thank management for addressing this situation so quickly after you must have read this review. I see things have been moved so I will be able to leave in the morning with out having issues. I just seen you called to let me know and I highly appreciate your message and want to thank you once again. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone!!!

Place is nice overall and booking online was helpful. However, the spots are extremely close together, parking was an issue with narrow roads and campers only able to park in front or behind their rigs, making it even more narrow. We have a 36' and by the grace of God and my husband's impeccable driving skills we were able to squeeze into our spot and squeeze out in the morning. I don't feel the price is justified for how packed like sardines everyone is.

We stayed in our Class B RV at Quilly’s Magnolia overnight on our way home from an extended roadtrip and it was great! This is a conveniently located, clean, well-organized park with all the amenities. Friendly staff, too!

This was my first time hauling my camper, and my first experience staying at an RV park. They gave me a super easy spot to get in and out of with my skill level and one of the owners offered help when I was hooking up. They are great people! It’s super safe too! I never once felt uneasy about staying there with just myself and my young son. Thank you so much!

We had a deluxe 50 amp full hookup site. dog park as perfect. Lots of room for them to just run. Area was safe and clean. We were close to historic are and crest tourist sites. The manager provided Imusnwoth great suggestions for attractions, shopping, and dining. It was a perfect campground for us at a great price and perfect located off the highway. The manager was helpful and friendly.

Park is fairly nice. We stayed in the new section with concrete pads. Much larger than the old gravel section. Very level sites. Utilities worked great. They had just received quite a bit of rain, so our site was quite soggy and muddy around it. Not too bad though. We didn’t really use any of the amenities, but we did hear the kids playing on the playground. The park is well kept. The roads into the park are a little tricky. You have to go around their building from the new section. Otherwise you may have to make a sharp U-turn to enter or exit. Also, the main road back to the freeway process a freeway with no light. Took us a little bit to make that left turn. We will stay here again someday. It is a little pricey though and make sure you read the cancellation policy closely. We didn’t have any issues, but I’ve read others have.

We had a great site big enough for our 43 ft fifth wheel. Nice large dog park. And friendly staff! Great location right off the highway. We stayed in site 90 in the newer paved section. Nice level sites. Very clean!

Love their new registration pay online system with confirmation, rules, and welcome emails! Conveniently located off I20, clearly marked narrow level gravel sites, clean bathrooms but dated, clean laundry with some dated equipment but a nice seating area, pool, playground, fenced dog run, some long term tenants that are an eyesore and quiet with exception of some dogs barking from animal clinic next door. Appears this park was tired, not well maintained, and no rules - NEW owners since November - based on completed projects, projects in progress, and future projected plans, this park will be a convenient, clean, well maintained, 5 star park soon! Look forward to visiting again in the future!

We stayed one night during a bad weather time. Our pipes still froze as did others. There are two places to take your dog. One dog turnout enclosure and a huge playground are good. The staff is exceptional!! They even opened up early to answer my questions. I'm giving them 5 stars for their customer service!

We spent 3 nights at Quillys. The best features are the dog park, new laundry room facilities, and owners. We have 2 aussies who loved to run and play each day. The owner shared a recommendation to go to the Gumbo Pot for supper, which was delicious. She also shared her experience going to the Vicksburg National Military Park and we did climb the hill behind the USS Cairo for an awesome view. I gave 4 stars out of 5 because the spaces are very narrow and everyone is right on top of each other. The slots are pull through but when we left, we didn’t feel comfortable pulling our 34’ Montana 5th wheel through because people don’t stay within the boundaries of their designated spots…and again, the slots are very narrow. Just a heads up if you have a larger rig.

Stayed here for a night while passing through. The place is under new management, and they are making changes for the better. The RV Park is conveniently located off I20, Walmart and several restaurants are nearby. They also offer propane refill and a laundromat. The campsites are kind of narrow, but overall, a good place to stop. I will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful park, the new management was such a joy to deal with. They're really going to take this place to the next level, I look forward to returning and seeing the changes they bring. Convenient location right off the freeway, but beautiful grounds for a relaxing stay. Bathrooms and laundry are well maintained. I suspect the negative reviews reflect previous management, I wasn't a fan of them either.
