We were really disappointed when we got there and found many piles of dog poop in the grass next to our space- looks like it had been there for a while (yuk). Also we wanted to use the laundry facilities but the washers and dryers were really dirty so we didn’t use them. Just felt like the place wasn’t kept up and dirty but since we only stayed 1 night made the best of it. This had been one of the more expensive parks we stayed at so I would have expected it be more clean and well kept. Don’t think we would stay there again or recommend

Have stayed here a few times as it’s a good price and just off the interstate, so easy to get wherever you need in Knoxville! Staff have been friendly and helpful, I’ve not had any problems getting someone on the phone when I needed anything (they even went to look in my spot for my wallet when I said I was out for the day and realized I was missing my wallet 🥹). Will be back here whenever we’re staying in Knox!!

Notice the lot rate additional to an electric bill your charged and WIFI is NOT Free. Get past this and everything else is pretty typical of an RV park. Laundromat is clean. I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The place is not gated nor security present.

We reserved a slot about 3 weeks in advance for the weekend of October 4th. We arrived during normal office hours, yet no one was at the office or on the grounds. We made a call and was told to just pull into our reserved slot. We did this without difficulty, but only connected to power for the first night. When ready to leave this morning, we found that our sewer dump was not working. Glad I checked using gray water first. We called the office number and there was no answer. We then called the emergency number. No answer, so we left a message explaining our problem. More than an hour later without a response, we called the emergency number again. No Answer. About 10 minutes later some guy showed up on a golf cart asking if we were having sewer issues. He said it was probably clogged and would have to get a snake. I asked him about the emergency number and no response. His reply was they don't open until 10 am. So much for emergencies. I'm glad it wasn't raw sewage spilling onto the ground. It was going on 11 am, check out was at noon, and we were trying to leave. I pulled our slinky hose, finished all other disconnects and left. Not able to use full hookup but was charged for full hookup. Can't say we will stay here again and definitely can't recommend at this time. Poor management and poor maintenance can become unsafe/unhealthy. Also the dumpster was overflowing with garbage. Trash was all on the ground. I hope someone takes a true interest in this campground, as it is conveniently located.

Convenient place to stay overnight while traveling I 75 through the Knoxville area. Our pull through site was easy to park our 38' Fifthwheel, and set up, although the site was not level. Fortunately we had a " small lumber yard" in the bed of the truck to make up the elevation difference. Full hook ups for utilities. Internet for streaming TV was available, but at an extra cost. Not a budget breaker but it would of been nice if it was included in the rate for the overnight stay.
