I don't ever want to move!

I booked on Camp Spot & was not aware this was a 55+ community. No one really cared that we were here but we were told we were not supposed to be there. Each time I did laundry the machines broke; the last straw was when the washers filled with water & errored out after 30 minutes. No one works in the office on site - learned that the day of the washer incident. Called the number listed & no one answered or ever called me back. Not a very welcoming park & the owners definitely don’t care about you.

Since new owners bought it has went downhill fast. Nothing is being repaired, roof on clubhouse leaks, clubhouse and poolhouse needs painted and landscaping around the pool and shuffle board is badly in need of upkeep. Camper pads are cracked and in need of repairs. Pictures on website are deceiving, not even our park. It also states that lots hold vehicles up to 52 ft vehicles that definitely is a laugh. You will be lucky if you can get 35ft camper in most of lots without hiting another home or camper.

I saw some new Park Model Homes being erected so I decided to drive through and wha I saw was a nice park with manicured lawns and people strolling the grounds. I saw the park models but just the outside. The only problem I saw was that the swimming pool looked old and outdated and there seems to be a lot of algae on the bottom. I don't think I would swim in the pool. The park models are probably affordable and a cheap way to snowbird.

Some of the residents are so friendly. Sunrise is still pretty and great historical area nearby in Sumter Lake and Marion Counties . In a 5 mile radius there are lots of fishing and natural "Old Florida Parks" near by. Nice place to catch a ray reading by the pool.

Don’t expect lavish amenities, just a simple pool, event halll and fire pit area. Streets were redone which was nice. What you do get are fair priced lot rents and a good convenient location surrounded by the beautiful Villages.

Second time a large branch did damage to my travel trailer. First time was a storm... second 🌞 cloudy skies no wind...nothing? Nice place evidently going through new management.

I'M! Very Happy! To Live In Rails End MHC That is now Green Tree, very friendly we have activities it slow in the summer we have pot luck We have Bingo we have game night we have a heated pool, dog friendly I give the park 5 stair! check us out !
