Let me start this by saying that we travel full time in our RV and have been doing so for almost 2 years. We have been in a lot of RV parks. This by far, is one of the nicest, well-kept RV parks we have been to. Tamara and her staff are awesome. The owners and staff are over the top accommodating. Very friendly and helpful. They are always working on ways to improve the park, which is a huge plus for us and for anyone wanting a place in the future. Everything is clean. Sites are really nice. Close to the Grand Canyon and there is a train that will take you there and back. Highly recommend you visit it that way. When in the area again, this will be our go to campground.

2nd time staying at this cute park. Sites are gravel and pretty level. Staff were super nice. The trains go by but not late or super early in the morning. I didn’t see the gym the first time but it was great to finally see treadmills after months on the road. So many fun things to do and see around Williams. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a month while we visited the Grand Canyon, which is about an hour away. Large, clean sites with picnic tables. The owners were very friendly, and we're always easy to find and talk to. The Grand Canyon train does pass by a few times a day and usually honks "hello," but it's not as often at night, and we never heard any trains past 11:00 PM. They have a small mini-golf course, horseshoes, croquet and a fire pit with wood for you to use. They also have a clubhouse with games, movies, a small library, a pool table and ping pong. The weight room and laundry are clean and nice. We did laundry three times, and the machines were always clean. They also do propane refills at a very reasonable price. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

This was a well run and beautiful campground which is convenient to many areas of interest. The historic town of Williams was great to visit and the campground hosts provided a shuttle service. Also the train to the Grand Canyon runs just beside the campground so it was fun to watch it pass and wave at the passengers. I also wanted to express how fantastic and clean the bathrooms were. The bathrooms are cleaned twice a day. I would definitely recommend this friendly place to visit.

This place is very nice and clean and easy to get to. I used the showers and bathroom which were clean and well kept. Because of covid some of the other amenities (I think there is a spa we saw on the grounds) were not open. We have a dog so there was a lot of space to walk her around here. Check in was easy.

Wonderful campground. Very clean and well kept. Stopped in on the way to elsewhere but will positively return and spend some time here.

Place was great! Everyday the train going to the Grand Canyon passes by morning and evening , it’s so close you can see the conductor and all the people sitting in the train. Has a playground for the kids, mini golf and a pool table on the ground that you play by rolling balls. Also, their clubhouse has a game room upstairs with ping pong, shuffle board, pool table and all sorts of board games. They have a dog wash station, dog park, laundry room, bathroom and showers for men and women (which are pristine). Spaces on the outside of the park are back in, the center spaces are pull through. All sites have full hookups and has a picnic table. People running the place are very nice. This RV park is only a couple minutes away from Route 66 (shopping and restaurants). We had a great time staying here and will definitely have repeat stays in the future!
