Stayed here for a week. Real nice resort with a pool, hot tub and a room with fitness equipment, pool table, reading area and more. Bathrooms were fantastic, spacious stand alone showers (8). Laundry area as well. The views are amazing. It’s a great launching point to Jerome, Prescott, Sedona and more. It’s quiet and lovely.

One of the best campgrounds we've stayed in. Clean, nice, roomy sites for all size rvs, quiet and beautiful views. Walking distance to the Verde River, town of Clarkdale and Old Town Cottonwood. Also the area has plenty to see and do. OHV trails, hiking and attractions then coming back to this campground to relax and sleep. Perfect! We definitely will come back.

This is a spot with a fantastic view. Nice and clean. Bring quarters to do your wash in the 4 machines they have. They even have a folding table and ironing board. Pool looks nice. I did go into the hot tub nice and relaxing. Nice game room with pool table and seating. I will definitely be back.

I don't know how their spots are, but I do know a couple of things. First, the area is beautiful. Second, the person on the phone was rude. NO KIDS. Got it, they have had some trouble and don't want to deal with the littles. Fine. But she wouldn't answer the question, "What is an adult for you?" My son is 18, can he come? My daughter is 15, she can't, I know that, but answer the question. She just kept repeating, "We are an adult park." So they only want old people who don't really use the facilities too much, got it. For reference, I was in the area last year staying with a friend, the place looked nice, not too full, and I thought it would be a good call this year when I'll have my TT. Anyway, she did recommend someplace else as she hung up on me, I'm just upset that she wouldn't answer the question about the 18 yo. Have the day you deserve.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The friendly owners made us feel right at home. The resort offers excellent amenities, including great private bathrooms, pool and hot tub, which we never use, but looks nice. What truly sets this resort apart is its serene setting. It backs up to the Verde valley, open fields with mountain views, but less than 5 min to Old Town Cottonwood, great restaurants, 30min to Sedona and 15min Jerome. A week here goes way too fast. It's the most chill RV park we visit and we always can't wait to come back.

Oh how I miss Rain Spirit. Tidy park run by folks who care. Fair pricing, great location, and great amenities. I.only wish other parks were run this way. I'll be back.

This is the most quaint rv park we have been to. The couple that runs this park will do all they can to make your stay a great experience. This has to be one of the cleanest parks we have been to. The shower rooms are large and separate from each other. Nice pool and spa. If were ever back through here again, '' NO QUESTION " This is where will stay.

Quite new...2021. Very nice and clean. Their foliage can be a bit...close. As it is new the trees are small. Apparently, there is a age of trailer cut off....we made the cut...whew! A great central locale. Easy access to the surrounding area. Actually really like it!
