Our site was long enough not to unhook. Great dog park with chairs and shade. Very well kept. Patti at the front desk is a sweetheart. Goes out of her way to provide excellent service. Park is immaculate. Somebody cares. Great $1.50 laundromat clean and well maintained.

We're Escapees members and had our mail delivered to Livingston for five years before stopping in. The park was great, and you can't beat $30.00 a night for full hookups. I enjoyed my walk around the park, but my husband, not so much. We made a wrong turn that took him a lot further than he wanted to go. The park didn't look that big on the map. I loved all of the kitties at the pavilion. This was a great stop and we'll very likely stay there again.

It's not exactly a stuffy resort, but it really has the basics covered well--level sites (mostly grass in my case; some with gravel), utilities work fine including wifi, friendly hosts, plenty of activities with a well-stocked clubhouse. I'll definitely be back.

We came to rainbows Inn three years ago as we made our domicile in Livingston, Texas. Really appreciate the escapes mail service and the staff that works there as well as the office staff. When we first came I was very disappointed with the park in general. The sites are gravel and relatively level, the ones near the office and in “the trees” are not bad maybe as someone mentioned. However, the sites near the activity center are the best in the park. There is not lot of amenities, and it definitely does need some upgrading. They have two Landry facilities , bathroom and showers and occasionally the pool when it is open. There is no Internet or Wi-fi service at all and if you have a family there is nothing for children here - no playground or anything. Most likely it’s because there seems to be an older population here. The one very positive is the people who come here or live here in the permanent residence community. They are awesome. There are some activities hosted by those who are retired RVers who live full time at the park - such as bingo, beading, ladies lunches( one a month), card game on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays, book club, stitch and chat as well as a ham operator group.

This is the World HQ of Escapees and is about as full service as you can get! Adequately sized full hookup level slips (a little too close to each other for my liking) that are level and well kept. Lots of grass and trees and just about any type of recreation you could want. They even have an on-site weigh station service! At $31 for the night, a great bargain!

Ok place for long term stay. Quiet. Laundry rooms, bathrooms. Reasonable prices. Full hookups. I would be happy to stay here again.

Going back to Rainbow's End is like going home. The staff at the mail center and the Escapee HQ are friendly and helpful. Kris doing "Smart Weigh" does a great job. But the women in the check-in office are always grumpy! Try to get a smile from them! Bless their hearts... Avoid getting a site along the main road, if you can. If you are along that side, the trucks start driving on the road before 5am, none-stop all day. The speed limit there is 70! Of course, what happened to us was they switched our site from an "interior" site to a road side site when we arrived. When I questioned it, the curt response was "that's why we don't guarantee sites". I've worked 6 summer seasons in the office at a RV resort. We would never respond to a customer like that. Apologize, and offer choices, we were taught.

Very nice park with all the amenities. People are very friendly. Depending on the site, most can be super quiet but some sites are right next to a busy road. If you’re an Escapee’s member, the price is very reasonable.
