The lady who answered the phone said she is the owner. If that’s true, how does anyone stand to live there and pay her? I asked how much the cost would be for long term. She said with a snarky attitude”what kind of rv, how long is it? 1 or 2 air conditioners, how long will u be here? IT IS A PERMANENT PLACE.... RIGHT? I’ve looked everywhere abt RV living. No one has ever asked all those questions! And she is soooooo snotty! She STILL never even gave me an estimate. I told her I haven’t bought an rv yet but was about to. She said “OH, so you DON’T EVEN OWN AN RV AND YOU’RE WASTING MY TIME?” Again, still never gave me a price estimate. Everyone else has always gave me a price quote. She OBVIOUSLY nickel and dimes people! How do people put up with such a snotty nickel and dimer??!?!!!

Its a nice quiet place. I think they need a washer and dryer building for there residents to use . They are doing all they can to get some residents to clean up their lots. The residents are very nice. And no one seems to be loud and making a ruckus. I recommend this place. They need a shower house and laundry rooms to use at anytime. Or maybe even a little bit of a convenient store that includes rv parts to purchase on site.
