These people will say one thing and then run your card behind your back and book you for multiple months with out your consent.

Get to the park and find out there is no internet and no cable. We are by a large noisy hwy. Not a great way to spend your evenings. Not worth the price.

I just purchased a mobile home in Rainbow Village Largo, and have to say that the maintenance guys Mario and Aaron were awesome. Aaron even taught my girlfriend how to prune the palm trees! Arron was above and beyond helpful! What a wonderful community I live in now!
