We've been "Raintreers" for about 12 years, and could not be happier. A family owned park with everything we could want. The activities are nearly endless (thanks to Ginny!). A nearly perfect RV resort!!

I never rented from here. I just drove through. The office is already closed, but I spoke to someone on a cart who was doing some maintenance work there I believe and he took the time to talk to me a little bit about the rent and how the park worked. He was a very nice man very courteous with that is a reflection on how the rest of the park is I would highly recommend it was very peaceful place had a good feeling if I was interested in renting to do it like a year ahead because it was a very busy park, there are children that live there he said not a lot but some.

Visited a friend that owns a trailer there. Pleasant park, small but nice people there. I enjoy visiting for a few days but wouldn't want to live there. The homes are extremely close to eachother. Nice looking park. I love that they have stray cats there that helps keep the mice and rat population down, people there make sure they have cat food and water.

The lots are very very small, very tight together. Some of the homes are very very nice and some are in serious need of repair and upkeep. However, I will say all the neighbors I met were very, very friendly, very nice. But again, I was shocked by the tiny lots and there was a very packed feeling to the entire park.
