The staff is consistently unprofessional and disrespectful. They fail to adhere to or enforce their policies, instead showing apparent favoritism toward members of their group, while disregarding others (Racist). They have policies listed on their website; however, they only select specific policies to be posted. They canceled our reservation without calling us to inform us of the cancellation or the reason for the cancellation. They taught that an email was justified without confirmation of cancellation. If you read their policies, it doesn't say you can't have more than six people at a site. We planned to have seven total, with four adults and three kids. If they had asked, the two adults and one child would have been guests visiting us daily during the day, as they were staying in a hotel. I was trying to pay in advance for the additional guest and adhere to their daily fees for the extra guest. Of course, I usedprofanity after driving there for a canceled reservation and unprofessional staff. I at no time directly used profanity to the staff. They can’t be trusted, and I would double-check your reservation, as you might drive a distance just to be canceled. Everything else is true, with a lack of maintenance and sites being on top of one another after turning around. Turned out to be a blessing for them not to honor their reservations, and we are much happier where we are staying. At least the staff at our current location are professional.

It was pouring the entire first day of our Stay and most of the morning so we didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities. I asked if we could use the pool after check out since the rain had finally stoped and was told we had to leave the premises after check out . I was smiling and being very polite and the ladies at the front desk were very rude, cold and couldn’t bother to even smile . If you’re going to charge almost 200 a night to stay in the cabins the least you can do is allow people to use the amenities for an hour past check out . The cabins themselves were very nice and if not for the front desk being rude they would’ve had a great review and five stars . It really put a damper on things.

My husband and I just returned home from our first visit to Raleigh Oaks Resort. This RV Resort was one of the nicest that we have been to so far that is close to home. Staff was helpful with any request that we may have had. The grounds were beautifull and well maintained. Bath houses were always spotless. We just wanted to say thank you again and we will be returning in the near future Tony & Linda DiNunno

My husband & I stayed at Raleigh Oaks for the first time this past weekend (June 20-23) & loved it! The grounds & facilities were well kept & very clean. Sites were spacious & level. They are far enough out of town to get some peace & quiet, but close enough if you need supplies or just want to shop & grab a bite to eat. We enjoyed it so much that we booked another weekend for next month before we left & can't wait to go back!

Absolutely fantastic stay at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort—easily a five-star experience from start to finish! From the moment we pulled in, we were impressed by the well-maintained stone-packed roads and spacious campsites, which made setting up our rig a breeze. There’s plenty of room to stretch out without feeling cramped—something we always appreciate! The amenities here are top-notch and plentiful. We enjoyed not one, but two sparkling pools, perfect for relaxing or cooling off after a warm day. The Jacuzzi was an added bonus for some extra relaxation. For those who like to stay active, this resort delivers with a basketball court, pickleball, cornhole, ping-pong, and even a well-equipped fitness room. Rain or shine, there’s always something to do. The billiard room was a great way to wind down in the evenings, and having access to a clean, spacious laundry room made it easy to stay fresh during our travels. The entire park is beautifully maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Whether you’re here for a quick stop or an extended stay, Raleigh Oaks RV Resort offers comfort, convenience, and plenty of fun for everyone. Highly recommend!
