The park itself is decent for RVs. However if you have ever stayed here for the RV side at least, you might want to check your AZ court records. They like to put you down as an eviction even though their rv slots clearly state month to month on the 1 page application. Then you have to prove to the court the RV park is incorrect on their information. Oh and they never even send you an eviction letter they go straight to the court just your name and somehow the court adds it to your record. Luckily this was taken care of by the court with proof that rv spots are month to month only. The new lady in the front office is Horrible, dodges calls , rude, and has zero clue how to do her job. Mike is good guy but I'm not sure hes still there running it. If he is his front office has failed terribly.

Hubby and I have been here a little over a month with a few more days left. When we arrived, I think we were the only non-permanent residents on site. Everyone has been super nice and management has been actively cleaning up the park. It looks a lot better from when we got here. I would definitely come back here again. The only thing that I have to complain about is how COLD the bath house is, and how long it takes for the showers to get nuke warm. (Waited as long as 15 min before). Also, we stayed here through the month of December & January so I've been told that could affect the water. Idk I don't hold it against the park. I'd recommend this place, and I'd definitely come back if we find ourselves in the area again.
