We lucked out on a same day booking and got site 63 for 1 night. Wanted to stay another night, but the park was fully booked for the slots that could accommodate a 30' motorhome. Completely understandable because the park is beautiful, well planned with nice size sites that offer privacy. We actually enjoyed sitting outside the camper here. The creek is very pretty. You can get to town easily from this park w a scooter or electric bike. We didn't use the amenities, but heard the water pressure in the bathhouse is wonderful. Would love to stay here again and enjoy the natural setting here.

Rancho Sedona RV Park is in a beautiful setting with beautiful trees and wonderful views. The sites are spacious. They keep the park very clean. Everyone, staff and other campers, are very friendly. It is close to town. Oak Creek runs right next to the park.

This is a very beautiful RV park, in this very special town of Sedona Arizona. We stayed in sight #59 with a 38 foot RV and a jeep. This sight was a back in site and was very spacious. It had a concrete pad, and pic-nic table with shade. There is a small grassy area behind it which allowed for a feeling of privacy. Most of the RV spaces are almost fully shaded. Our space had a peek a boo view of the red rocks. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. They work hard at keeping this park immaculate. It is close to the creek, trails and walkable to many dining options. We used our own Starlink for internet and had no problems, even with all the trees. We also had very good cell phone coverage while we were there. This campground is peaceful and relaxing and we highly recommend it.

My wife and I spent three nights here while on an extended trip around the states. We made our reservation based on what we found available online and were blown away when we arrived. Very site was impeccably maintained with roses and green grass everywhere. The views of the red rocks and Oak creek which flows next to the Park were nothing less than spectacular. Site hookups were in great condition and the cable provided had over 90 DIGITAL channels. Employees were very nice and passionate about keeping a beautiful park. Talk about centrally located, this place was within walking distance to the Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping plaza and downtown Sedona. $1 Sedona shuttles also were available and would pick you up at the park and take you to trailheads for hiking. My wife and I have stayed in many RV resorts and none were this beautiful. Don’t expect any amenities like a pool, gym, or clubhouse, but the common gathering spaces are beautiful gardens with plenty of shade and views.

Stayed May 2025. They should warn every person before reserving at night there is major construction performed directly across the creek! First night sounded like gun fire broke out, scared us!! We kept listening and it was a jack hammer! 10pm it started and did not stop until 3:01am!! Second night, huge explosions! First around 10pm, sounded like a garbage truck backing up with the beeping but it didn’t stop! The crashing sounds followed by 2 separate explosions, assuming dynamite. After googling for an hour read the city is building an underground parking lot, that would make sense, waiting until the restaurants & many tourist businesses all close then they start construction. I kept thinking of my nephew who suffers from PTSD and how this could have really been an issue vs the 4 of us getting zero sleep for our 2 night stay. We continued our travels and stayed in Page AZ, slept like babies in the very full Walmart parking lot! The campground acted like they knew nothing of the noises we were hearing and there is no way they don’t know about a construction project that big right in their backyard! Our last visit was 2 years ago, with no issues but seeing they didn’t have the courtesy to warn us that there would be loud noises all night we have checked this campground off our list. Also paying $168/ night because your rate doesn’t include all the fees & taxes and it only covers 2 people, not a family of 4! $30 extra per person!
