You can't swim in the lake here... ecoli levels are too high from what I read. Makes you not want to.fish or boat either!

If you want to camp by the water you better eat your Wheaties. Long downhill hike from the parking lot.. Just knowing I was going to have to tote all my gear UP the hill at the end of a 2day camp was a deal breaker for me

Great place to camp. We primitive camped and with my husband being retired vet it was free. Everything is great except not having a shower house. Fishing is good here for catfish. They have Largemouth, Walleye, and tons of other species.
