Porch old grimy dirty in disrepair needs refinishing a terrible presentation to cabin When entering room it smells of staleness Curtains probably all from the 1960’s - besides cleaning they need to be updated Bedroom tv old not a smart tv only 1 input no streaming services able to input Showers, toilets old - needs replacement - toilet seats scraped missing paint Coffeemaker old dirty grimy disgusting - had to leave every morning to buy coffee Bathroom amenities minimal - sort of pathetic Exercise facility is not on property - a detail conveniently withheld It is not a lakeside resort - cannot view lake from rooms - their small access to lake is dingy uninviting - do not expect to sit in front of the lake enjoying peace - there is a dock to sit on - otherwise a gross misrepresentation No AC - if going in warm weather be prepared Rugs old and dirty - I would say they need to be cleaned - but I think to far gone for that - spend the money and replace or get rid Staff not helpful or accommodating or understanding Fireplace yes but they don’t tell you they only supply 1 duraflame log and if you want more you have to purchase A lamp was broken - we were told maintenance would come by to replace - they never did snd we were there 4 nights and told them right after check in We used the washing machine - it sounded like it was on its last leg - also probably an old outdated machine that should be replaced In general, the facilities are old, dirty, not kept up

The resort is definitely different from what I'm used to. But, I usually travel to the Caribbean. The unit was well maintained, clean, and well equipped. The resort is just outside the main town and quiet. There is an indoor pool with 2 hot tubs. The lake is just down the road. But there is no direct access to the lake as lake front is privately owned. There is no restaurant on site. But, you don't need it. There's plenty of choices within a 5 minute ride. There's also a grocery store within a walk or very short ride. If you like lake activities summer and winter this is a great home base.

Was in town for a wedding and found this gem of a place to stay. Absolutely beautiful and Very cozy. Has everything you would need. Store close by. My only complaint is the same as others, the main lodge closes early so no swimming or recreation area after 6 or 7 depending on the day. But still overall I loved it!!

Light comes in the skylight and shines on the head of the bed. Could not sleep past 5am. Bisssll had tons of dog hair in it. Had to purchase brook and mop. Do not clean between weeks. We were there for 2 weeks. If you need extra toilet paper (etc), must go to office to get it during 2nd week. Swimming pool and hot tub is closed when the office is closed. The office is closed at 6pm and opens at 9am.
