We have been traveling full-time for 3 1/2 years. This is the only RV park that we consistently come back to every year. The owners and staff are amazing. The sites are very big and level. The RV park is quiet and safe. We highly recommend.

We spent two days here and everything was as you'd expect in a full service RV campground. The hosts and owners were extremely polite and accommodating. The sites were completely level and had well placed utilities. Full mesh wifi system for our work needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Great RV PARK. Office staff were very helpful. Very clean facilities. Laundry room was perfect. Our RV site was large and very level. Full hook up (sewer, water, 50Amp). Large site. 50’ or perhaps more. We had a 32’ class c with tow vehicle total 45’~. Very close to many places, restaurants (Ma Cuali), shopping, candy store, Mt Rushmore Memorial, Crazy Horse Memorial, Reptile park and many more. See you next year. THANK YOU.

First off, the park is under construction. They are working on improvement daily. All the RV sites are very level and have fiber optic wifi. The park has many street lamps that dim to 50% at midnight. The bathroom and laundry room are clean. This place has the potential to be one of the best parks in the Rapid City area. We will definitely be back. We camped at Black Hills RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed at this RV park because of some unexpected vehicle problems on our trip from Idaho to Arizona. The owners showed us a great deal of understanding and compassion during a stressful time, and we’re grateful for their kindness. The park itself was affordable, clean, quiet, and well maintained with freshly graveled sites. They also have two dog runs, which we appreciated even though the cold, wet conditions kept us mostly indoors. While we hadn’t planned to stop here, we’re so glad we did. It’s a peaceful, accommodating place, and the owners went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for three months as I was working in the area. I was thankful to find a long term stay due to me being in the area during peak season. Park was clean, bathhouse was clean. The park is pricey but again I was there when everything was pricey due to Sturgis. The sites are EXTREMELY close to one another which makes having multiple vehicles a task. There are lots of rabbits in the park which unfortunately caused the wiring to be chewed under my car leading to some failures/repairs. (Not the parks fault just a forewarning for long term stays) Overall it was a great location, close to town including Walmart and about a 30-45 min drive to the black hills. All of the other campers were friendly! I even met a pet goat during my stay at this park. I enjoyed my time in this area.

Very kind park management. Answered the phone after 10PM. Helped us find a spot there for 3 nights when reservations in the Black Hills didn’t work out. Turned out to be a great “base” camp close to Rapid City but a reasonable dive to Custer and Hot Springs. Also very quiet at night.

Loved it here, close to the monuments and Crazy Horse. Rented a car and had a great time visiting all the sites, Deadwood, and Sturgis. And Fort Hays was right next door to RV Park. Movie sets for Dancing With Wolves set to walk thru. So awesome highly recommend , park hosts were very helpful and nice as can be.

Look. yes the spaces can be tight but the people that stay here are awesome. No snobs, Not one Karen I have found and my kids are a lot. Great price to be this close to everything. so if the campfire experience isn't the most important part of your trip. Pop in, look through the fence at the old west town. 5 mins from a gas station. 10 from Walmart and still beautiful sky's. As a parent with enough going on. It was a great relief to be relaxing body and mind with my kids contained in the park with the other kids.
