We give five stars cause we love camping here. We love to swim and hang out with friends. The view is pretty. The only annoying thing is when mowers are mowing they shouldn't mow to areas that are occupied and blow grass to you.

If you like wolf spiders than this is the place for you! It's covered with them. I've never seen so many in my entire life. This is a highly windy location I wouldn't recommend a tent. The skunk we saw fighting a sick raccoon was highly interesting and a bit creepy at the same time. The showers were very clean sucks the water didn't really get hot tho

Irs an older campground, picnic tables are ancient but useable. Lots are pretty close together. Beach is close but clay so a little slimy. I recommend swim shoes. Bathroom and shows kept clean daily. The one thing that would have been nice is more directional sighs for each section so we could find our campsite easier. There was no one in the check in shack to get a map from

We've been doing our family campouts here for years, like 30 something years, that's how much we love this place. It's an annual tradition and we come from all over the country to gather here. I use to run around this campground with cousins as kid, now I'm watching their kiddos grow up with the same traditions. The campground is beautiful, the lake is amazing, and the facilities are clean. We just love this place!
