This resort is so nice. It has great amenities and great staff. Everyone is so friendly. The manager, Tiffany, is super nice. She is always there to help you if you need anything.They have lots of activities for adults and children I highly recommend staying here. The front desk people, Micah and Madison, are the best as well. 🤗♥️

Everything Was Excellent! But Was Very Disappointed That The “Hot Tub Sauna! Wasn’t Working!! We Would Like To Return In A Month When It’s Cooler And Would Like The “Hot Tub Sauna” To Be “Working & Fixed “ By Then! Beautiful grounds. Great amenities, except for the hot tub. Each site is concrete with a picnic table. It was broken the whole time we were there. Showers were very well maintained, clean, and roomy. Laundry room was clean and easy to use.

From reserving my spot to leaving the resort, the staff was exceptional. Everyone I had contact with was friendly, helpful and kind. I had a problem with my towed vehicle and they allowed me to service it, within their guidelines, and Courtney was helpful with a couple of tools I did not have with me. The resort was very clean and up to date. The pads are concrete and fairly level. The power pedestal was clean and very easy to use. My only negative was that the water connection was too close to the ground. One quick suggestion would be to turn the faucet 45 degrees to make it easier to connect filters and regulator. Another word about Courtney, whom I had the most contact with, she was always around, working, cleaning up, fixing things. She helped me out when it was needed. And at the time, it was needed by me. It was hit and humid and I need to finish the repair. Thank you!!!! I would recommend this resort if you’re in the area, Spring, TX, average cost for the area, close to shopping, dining and service. I stayed in a 35 ft Class A motorhome with a towed truck.

We stayed here for a week in May 2022 and LOVED our stay. The park is very clean and very well maintained. Laundry facility was so nice and used an app to pay and track laundry status - easily the coolest RV Park laundry room I've used so far. Very nice pool and play rooms. The location was fantastic, plenty of stuff to do around town. 100% would come back!!

We've been all over the states and this was by far the nicest rv park we've stayed at yet! The pool is awesome and has a great spot for kiddos to play, the hottub was clean, the park itself was immaculately cared for, the laundry room was clean and large, the spots are big and have shade, they pickup your garbage for you, and everyone was super nice. We appreciated that they were kid and dog friendly, and it felt super safe. We'll definitely be back in the future if we visit the area again.

Rayford Crossing RV Resort is in a great area with everything you would like not that far in distance. Whether you want to go to a concert or shop or dine at a nice restaurant. The resort has many amenities and is expanding adding more sites and amenities. The people working here are Amazing!! They are always trying to improve and keep all patrons happy during their stay. There are long-term and short-term sites depending on what you're looking for. They also have activities and are adding a bunch of new activities. It's clean throughout the resort. We stay here every time we are in town and feel very welcome.Great RV Resort!!!

What an incredible RV park. Our site was so awesome!! From the office staff to the maintenance crew, everyone was efficient and welcoming. Allison kept us up to date on any weather information needed for all guests. This was not our first time at Rayford Crossing and it will not be our last!!!!👍😊

Really enjoyed this hidden gem of an RV park. Close to everything in North Houston. Very clean park! Amenities - Pool, patio, laundry, showers, outdoor area with grill, etc… Our site (near the pool) had power, water, sewer, cable, WiFi (actually worked for streaming), & a picnic table. The pads were level and had plenty of room between guest. Wish more parks were designed like this one! While the daily rate was a little higher than most, it was absolutely worth it! We will stay here again…
