My father stayed in this park this weekend. They are absolutely the best people. They treated him like family and did all that they could to help him out. I am so happy that he had them there when I was not able to assist. Wonderful place to stay with an amazing crew!

It was clean but run down. Management is very poor. At check in manager couldn't work the system and took 20 min just to type one word then for two weeks we could not get a hold of her we called over and over both numbers on the door no answer finally I got a text that said I'm drinking beer can we take care of this tomorrow!!! Tomorrow didn't come until days later when we chased her down and she said everything was good we told her we needed to pay she said don't worry about it it's on me your good I'm having problems with the system and I don't want to get trouble we were that that's odd but ok we don't want to get kicked out and she said y'all won't!! So we started paying cash instead weekly. Then after a couple weeks the owner calls my husband while he's at work being super rude and the words out of her mouth were you owe me money this amount and this amount turns out manager wasn't even charging us the proper amount and the two weeks she told us don't worry about it it's my fault she never told her manager what she told us and what was going on. The place is clean and quiet but the manager is shady has no clue as how to run an office the Wi-Fi and dish tv never works nor did the ceiling fan or lights the floor is sinking in and when we first arrived the sheets and blankets smelled sour. Oh and my husband to the time to fix the driveway with material and a loader that he had access to and no thank you or appreciation was shown for that that place is full of holes the landscaping hasn't been done either in a very long time you would think for as much as the rent is there they would be able to make that place look nice but nope!!

Great overnight place. We were here 2 nights. Sites are level, power, water, several all work. Shady areas. Little hwy traffic. Air TV was good also free wifi. Roads need some work. No pool or club house. We made a video on YouTube at Coolest Life.

Bobby Jo was very helpful and friendly and worked with us throughout our stay. The laundry facility was great, especially liked the digital pay instead of coins. The women's showers weren't done yet when we were there but the men's were great. The only reason I can't give 5 stars was the pad and roads were very unlevel and washed out and there was a big problem with ants. Other than that, it was great...and we enjoyed the cat that visited our campsite every day. Very sweet.

Super cute. Clean and efficient. Pulled over after driving all night at 8am and went straight to sleep. We definitely will be back. Location is everything and it's right next to a huge store w a Subway...

A beautiful park any time of the year! Excellent grounds keeping, and the amenities are in pristine condition and fully operable! So nice to come here and know that the owners and staff take such pride in their park... it's like a tiny piece of the Hill Country way down here in South Texas! 5 star Park and 5 star staff!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is an awesome place to stay! We stayed many months but from that first day, Every one here treats you like family.If you need anything the owner or the park manager is always there to take care of it.(you are never in need) The camp site is always clean. Laundry room and showers are in walking distance on the site. Dogs are friendly and enjoyed the dog run fence yard. My daughter loved the kids park they have here on the camp site. This park is so nice. I met Reba and she is so fun and outgoing. I love how this park is laid out. It has streets and trees. It is just beautiful. I didn't stay here but I did drive through.
