We just left after staying over labor Day weekend and we had so much fun! The campgrounds were clean. The kids had fun jumping on the jump pad, playing with all their toys and the playground. There are SO many trails to explore on your atv or e-bike etc. We swam in the man made lake and the kids loved it. Water was clean, unlike other reviews we did not experience any fish or snails or anything in the water. They had sand toys and water rafts. It was a lot of fun. Staff were also incredibly accommodating and super nice. The store had ice cream, donuts in the morning and affordable candy and toys for the kids. Super close to the local town where we saw a tractor pull, parade, flea market vendors and food trucks. We will be back next year!!

This campground had full hookups. There's a man made pond with float toys and a nice sandy beach all around it. Plenty of trees. The bathrooms were recently remodeled although only one of the 3 bathroom stalls had toilet paper. It's a nice campground but what stands out the most was the feeling of not being welcomed. The man that checked us in, didn't greet us or say hello... not a smile or even eye contact. He told us what sites we were in and locked up the office behind us. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but customer service and friendliness is a must in the hospitality industry.

Staff were pleasant and easy to talk to. Camp store was nice. Ice cream was not old or freezer burnt. The cedar crest ice cream was as good as the ice cream places we’ve had it at. Swim pond is nice. Our kid loved it. It’s a nice swim area, well maintained and they clearly stated it’s a pond not a pool. Water quality was great. Not really sure what others were complaining about. Yes the barn is old, but not ready to fall over as others have said. Not sure if the negative reviews come from Richy rich folks or what. It’s a nice and well kept campground. Also the pond in their photos looks the same as what we experienced. Full hookups for a very reasonable cost. Will visit here again.

I was hesitant to camp here after some peoples reviews however, i now know its best to give things a shot anyway. We camped here on a weekend recently and i was pretty pleased with everything. The shower rooms were very nice except a bit small and only 2 showers, the pond area was super awesome, my tent site suited my need-bring mosquito spray, the office ladies were all so personable and helpful. The kids enjoyed the playground could be updated a little and the recreation barn could use some changes. Great activities for kids and loved the movie. Maybe they are in the process of some updates, not sure. I had some noisy neighbors up late. Anyway, enjoyed my time. Thank you for the stay!

This is a campground. We came here for a daily pass, to go swimming and playing in the sand. there are some blow-up slides set up in the water. The sand is very white. The beach area is very clean. This is a man made huge pond. The water is treated. It was a lot of fun, not as big as it looked in the pictures I saw. Five dollars for a daily pass. We were there on a monday. It was not very crowded. There are bathrooms and showers. They looked newly remodeled. There were also a lot of chairs you can sit and sun base and a lot of nice picnic tables. Especially if you have smaller kits, it gives you more time to relax. Because you don't have to constantly watch them. They also sell ice cream cones.
