Room looked great, but needed some cleaning. Check in was easy, but it's literally feet from the highway

Website is deceiving. Not as maintained as photos. Location sucks. Right up against the highway so its extremely noisy. Not much room in between sites.

Loved our experience here. Checked in on July 4th, and the staff were welcoming and helpful in recommending best available options (we didn’t have a reservation). Stayed in one of the camper cabins, and it was very well appointed, especially for the rate! Beds were standard coil mattresses, bedding provided, with a mini fridge and microwave in-cabin. There was even a propane heater built into the wall, which was great, because it cools down a lot at night, even in summer. I perfect respite in between tent camping destinations. Bathrooms were older, but taken care of. My husband thought he had walked into the women’s bathroom by accident, because the men’s was so clean! Location was convenient to Bryce, and Dixie National Forest, with plenty of meal options available in the area. Would definitely stay again.

The location is great. Nice in between spot for day trips to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Wifi was rough. All gravel. Bathrooms need some work. View was nice. Close to highway so there was a fair amount of road noise.

I would stay here again. I was there in 2019 with a rented RV for one night. We had a pleasant stay, the campsite was tidy and everything was nice. Had a nice table at the site. Service also was very kind and helpful. Were there at end of October, therefore is was kinda cold. We had a night with freezing temps (3,2°F/ -16°C) and service helped us to survive this in our rented RV 😅🙏🏻

On the one hand it had space available. On the other, the park is not all that nice. The spaces are not kept up that well and close proximity to highway made sitting outside....uncomfortable. They overcharged me by $38 for a weeks stay and would not respond to my request to adjust the charge. My fault I didn't catch it at check in. It has good proximity to Red Canyon, but that is about all it really has going for it.

Just a place to lay your head. It sits right off a scenic byway that seems to never stop. We heard every car that drove by.

Nice little RV park, 15 miles from Bryce, bit next to the gem of a state park Red Canyon, with some awesome short hikes.

A great cabin, beautifully taken care of, with all the amenities, even a bit better on some tech stuff than the big chains.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff and a great location in Utah.
