Getting There: Very easy access off the freeway. Customer Service/Checking In: Staff was welcoming and helpful. They send texts for firewood delivery and upcoming events to make sure you don't miss out on any perks. Site #: 19 Level: For the most part, just needed one block on the passenger side. Electric/Water/Sewer: Everything worked great. Noise Level: There is a bit of road noise from the freeway, but that's what you get for the easy access. It's not that bad though in comparison to other campgrounds we've stayed at. Interior Roads: Sand and gravel. They can get a bit dusty, but are wide and free of potholes. Pet Experience: There is a lot of common area and roadway to walk your dogs. They have pet waste stations scattered throughout as well. Overall Pros: The property is beautiful with a lot of area to explore. Site 19 specifically is on the end, with a nice view of the lake. There are grocery stores and food nearby. Overall Cons: Maybe just the road noise from the highway. As I mentioned before, it's not bad. But the park is wooded and peaceful and feels like all you should hear are sounds of nature. It's conflicting, haha. Would I return: Absolutely!

This is the cutest place close to Savannah. Red Gate Farms offers campsites, trail rides, and a scenic wedding venue. The pool is covered and the pool temps were perfect in mid-August. The swings by the pool are amazing and nearly put me to sleep as soon as I laid down. None of the sites are paved, but the grounds are well maintained and the staff is super nice. We'll certain be back.

My niece was married here in March . What an absolute beautiful setting for an intimate or large scale wedding, or any event really . The staff was amazing. Big shout out to Teresa Storm and her incredible staff. What a great team of professionals. And let’s not forget our little Bun Bun the Pony who was so kind as to bring us beer and take endless photos with the kids … All around a beautiful day. Thank you Red Gate for making it a special occasion.

Beautiful little RV park. Stayed there right after July 4th. We stayed at spot #1. Closet to the main road and the entrance and it was not overly loud at all. Barely heard the road traffic. The pool is amazing and I could spend all day and night in it. Park is so close to everything in Savannah. The sand around playground had goose poop so we didn’t let or son play there but it is a working farm with horses and goats and everything. Spots are spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Class B Van Review - what a fun gem just outside of Savannah! Would recommend. Pros: - Beautiful location - Level site - Close to Savannah - trolley will pick you up from here, but if you are van traveling there are open air parking lots in the city. - Great drainage - it heavy rained while we were there and the gravel roads did not make a mess - Fun area to walk and see all the very friendly animals. Don't miss the chickens and peacocks!!! - The office was southern hospitality at it's finest 💗 - Felt incredibly safe - Nice hot showers - nothing glamorous, but worked well. There are 2 showers in the office which is a mobile home. - If you come in late, they have lighted pedestals where you plug in. It's the little things! - Easy on and off the highway, but we never heard the noise! There is an air base that we heard helicopters from time to time, but nothing disturbing. Slept with no issues and we need it quiet to sleep. Cons - class B vans will have a hard time dumping as the sewer connection is quite raised out of the ground.

When we made reservations we were originally told we would have to move a few times in order to stay for two weeks. When we arrived we were informed we could stay in one spot for the two weeks. The property is in very good condition. Employees pick up garbage daily. The RV spot had (4) was great, but our fire ring was not usable as it was too close to the next spot. The electricity was constant, the water pressure was good and the sewer worked as it should. The property is close to railroad tracks and an army airbase, so there is noise at times. The noise never bothered us, but I heard some campers complaining. The salt water pool was really nice, but very cool (62 degrees). Many areas to walk or bike. I would highly recommend Red Gate Farms, and will likely stay again.

Red Gate Farms is a wonderful place for a nice relaxing camping experience. The grounds are beautiful and the trail ride I took was exceptional. Thank you Sarah! The RV park is very close to downtown Savannah, which makes it convenient to visit historical downtown.

We were very pleased with our stay at Red Gate Farms RV Resort. The property is stunning with ponds, walking trails, gorgeous live oaks covered with Spanish moss and beautiful, well trained horses. They offer trail rides and carriage rides. The trail ride was 1 hour long and just lovely. They are dog friendly. My fur baby loved our morning walks throughout this property. Our site had afternoon shade which was nice since the temperatures were in the mid to upper 90’s. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I rarely leave 5 star reviews but this place was well worth it. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Savannah.

This was the best idea on my little trip to Georgia..I took a trail ride yesterday and Savannah was my Trail guide. I have seldom met a more experienced and professional person in a customer service capacity..let alone how kind and knowledgeable she was. I had a beautiful experience there. The farm is absolutely gorgeous and the whole trip was made even better.. because I got to pet some goats ..babies and seniors. Riding "Mo " my horse around the land was great. An A+ experience.

Really nice small RV Park. Super convenient location with trolly stop. Easy on and off from interstate. A little road noise and a little train noise as well. Pool looks amazing. Beautiful views from playground and pool.

Staff and crew here are awesome times 10, beautiful place well spread out convenient amenities and they bend over backwards to help you. There is so much to do with in a short distance of the camp grounds but you can visit they're animals, fish, walk etc.without leaving and they're improving things constantly. LOVE IT MUST VISIT.

This was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Plus, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I suggest you just take a trip here to visit. Savanna is very, very close and property is beautiful. You will hear trains, we loved them, and you will occasionally hear the highway and some sirens. No big deal. We will go back just to hang with the horses. lol

One of the best RV parks we've stayed at. Very quiet, ginormous spaces, and a TON to do on the grounds. A great place for a sunset walk, fishing in the ponds, saying hello to the farm animals on the grounds. Serenity just outside of Savannah. Would definitely come back!
