Very well kept KOA near Red Lodge (10 Mins), Beartooth Highway (25 mins) and NE entrance to Yellowstone (1hr 45min). People working there are super nice. Sites are level with full hookups. Can accommodate any size vehicle. Has a large dog park, laundry and rest rooms, plus a jump pad for kids and bikes to rent/use. The Road in front (hwy 212) is extremely loud. If you would Like a quieter stay, request a site that is behind the office building (site number 22 or higher)

Excellent RV Park. The pride of ownership is obvious in this park which is in fact managed by the owners. They provide plenty of space between the RV’s, some of which have nicely furnished concrete patios. The private bathrooms are also a plus as is the large play area for dogs. They also helped me fix a problem with my RV without hesitation. I will definitely be back!

LOVED this place. The owners are really on it! They are friendly, accommodating, and give attention to details. Best KOA I have ever stayed at. There is a creek that runs through the property, they have a nice, clean dog park, and the grounds are perfect. Great place to stay for base camp to hit the Bear Tooth Highway for the day.

This KOA is nestled right in the mountains of Red Lodge and is the perfect location! The facilities (the store, the bathrooms, the laundry room) are all immaculate. The owners are the most professional, friendly people you will ever meet. They love their campground and love helping others learn to love camping and exploring Montana. They were so welcoming and shared lots of tips on where to go, what to do, where to eat - EVERYTHING! The campground is located about an hour outside of Yellowstone and is the perfect home base for doing day trips or perfect stop on your way thru to other stops. We highly recommend this KOA.

My husband and I just traveled from Iowa to visit Red Lodge. The location is magical and nestled into a breathtakingly beautiful and scenic area. Jason and Rebecca, the owners of the KOA, warmly welcomed us and made our experience top notch with their helpful tips and can-do attitude. As new campers we experienced quite a few rookie mistakes, but Jason, Rebecca, and their crew were always there to lend a tool or share in a good belly laugh after the dilemma was settled. Their facilities were immaculate and they had plenty of activities for two or four-legged children. My husband and I had a lovely time and left feeling as if we had gained life-long friends. See you next year, Kenny and Sarah Patton
