We were getting ready for a trip into the Benton City/Richland area and we were looking for some information on things in the area and for a place that could accommodate the length of the trailer. When I made the call they were super nice and helpful and when we arrived the next day they had plenty of pull through spaces. Many thanks for the kindness!

Highly do not recommend this place. Called in for monthly rates, $625.00 was quoted. We were told we have to do a back ground check. Paid the $80 for 2 people of a background check. Got approved and they email us a confirmation and the rules and regulations. Showed up on move in date. No one was there in the office to sign for our extended stay. Finally went in on Tuesday and got the paperwork. The paperwork said that we were financially responsible for 90 days of rent. Nomatter if we stay that long or not. We were not disclosed this verbally or in any of the emails we received. We work on the road and can get moved at any point in time on jobs so this was NOT financially acceptable for us. Then they proceeded to want to change us to a weekly rate which would have cost us $1200.00 for one month. If we would have know this the day we arrived or before we would have gone to Horn rapids which is a far better park with shade and nice groomed lawns for $996.00 per month. Was told the weekly rate was the best they could offer us, but in order to have a weekly rate you have to say a minimum of 14 days!!!!. We wasted a week and they charged us the daily rate ($52) since we were not going to stay longer. Then to find out they over charged us in a total of $875.00. (Not including the background fee and blamed it on their new system, and didn't call us to let us know their mistake). Then refunded us the difference. Now we are out $496.00 for one week!!!!. Not to mention the place is sketchy, has rv's older than 10 year when they require you to be above that year range. And dogs that chase people. Highly unacceptable and disappointing.

I wanted to stop in for a refill on my onboard propane tank. Over several weeks of trying to schedule a person to be there to fill my tank I left at least 3 messages NONE of which were returned. Staff was friendly, just not reliable.

Digs barking all the time. Did not stop until 10:30 pm. Right at 7:00 they were barking again. RV PARK HANDOUT says " Quiet fours 9:00 pm to 9:00 am". Why would you print that when there is no enforcement. One tenemt says it happens all the time. We will never be back.

You are right on top of your neighbors and have absolutely no privacy. We were in the middle of the park and the wifi was so horrible we couldn't watch YouTube. Our neighbors on may 23rd were very loud both at night and again the next morning. Enclosed pet area had no grass and was all rock. There were some grassy areas, but very small. We felt so uncomfortable we left a day early. We chose this place as a resting point on our way home to breakup our 9 hour drive, We would not recommend staying here.
