Traveling with family, we both make reservations one week for “Elite Sites” and agreed to a lock in fee of $35 to $37. Within 2 days of our reservation being made, we were both reassigned to different sites on opposite ends of the park without calling us. The only way we found out, we were moved as our family told us they were moved into our site then we checked Red Bud internet. Then before we can even arrive we reassigned 6 different times. So much for agreeing to a “Lock In Fee”. We ending up on a “Grass Lot, which is not level” that was meant for a full size mobile home as the sewage connection is 40 feet from the utility connections. Therefore we have to purchase an additional 20 feet for sewage hose for our 5th wheel. They did agree remove the “ Lock in Fee”. Then the nightmare began regarding our balance owed because the manager will never return your calls or is out of the office or the office is closed for Mark Luther King Birthday 2026. Maybe they need the entire office staff needs to be fired and a new manager hired.

New management has come in to the park, since then various activities are being canceled or “rescheduled”, issues are not being handled efficiently if at all, and management seems more concerned with cutting costs than ensuring the park is a positive and safe place to live and vacation.

Clean showers and laundry rooms. Very friendly people in the neighborhood. Hot tub wasn’t working. One pool was not heated.

Needed somewhere to stay awhile. This place looks nice and some friendly people. Looked at their website and had some good deals. Once I got there the manager gave me an excuse why I couldn't use the deal. When I showed her she was wrong she gave a completely different excuse and walked away. If does not apply to this property then why is it listed on the web site?

This is a huge park. It's extremely well maintained, even though people appear to be able. To do anything to their lots, they are all neat tidy, and some of them.So beautiful. There's lakes, swimming pools, and I do mean plural bathhouses, all kinds of places to do activities that are apparently going on all the time. A wonderful memorial at the dog park as well as the veterans memorial.
