Red Raider RV Park Lubbock

This is a good, long-term, RV park. It's quiet, and it's not too far from Lubbock. The park manager is really good about addressing needs. The only complaint I have is that the roads around the main strip of the park have some pretty deep pot holes. The play area is kinda small and outdated, but it still draws children. The laundry mat has 2 washers and dryers. It's always clean. The bathrooms are cleaned frequently.

Ok for an overnight stay. Mostly full timers. Two bathrooms and showers. Driveways are full of bad potholes.

Stayed for several months while husband was on a job in Littlefield, TX. Peaceful. Tidy. Well run, thanks to Joseph. Laundry room with 2 attached shower/bathrooms with locks. Many long pulling sites on gravel or short concrete pads with grass plots nicely manicured.

We stayed at Red Raider for five nights. We had a pull through full hookup site that was very long to accommodate our trailer and tow vehicle. The park was quiet during usual hours and appears to have more full time tenants than travelers like us. There is a facility housing restrooms that need a code to get in (we never received a code) and laundry with two washers and two dryers. The sets appeared to not cost anything but we did not use them so we are not positive if there is another method for payment. There is a small playground are for kids, too. It is gated but the gate remains open. During our stay, temperatures dipped overnight below 32 degrees and our water froze. This happened for three of our nights. Somewhat surprised the park did not do anything to prevent this or the possibility of their pipes bursting like we have experienced at other parks. We also experienced some loud music, but it was well within reasonable hours. There were a few days where tenant dogs were running around loose. Common problem? Not sure since we were there for such a short stay. The park manager was helpful, responsive, and kind.

It is a very nice basic park. Good layout. Bathrooms look good. The Laundry is in repair but 1 of each machine is available. No sign on the front so be careful. Owner is great to deal with. Love that I can text her. But it is not pet friendly because of the burrs in the grass and loose dog and barking dogs in fenced areas, (nice dogs - owners think it is ok but it was loose and a little worrisome)

Great for a one nighter. It has large spaces. Sewer is in an odd spot. Host was very nice and welcoming. Pull through are not on a cement slab.

Wonderful RV park! We got in late and the lady on the phone was so nice. Great price and has all the hookups you need. Loved it!

Although they are still getting setup, it is a good spot to stay, will be a highly recommended RV park especially after all sites are finished. They have plenty currently but when complete, this is gonna be big! Recommend definitely. Managers very pleasant and helpful.
