We really enjoyed the fair! We got shut down due to impending bad weather which was smart that they took precautions. Lots to look at and good, but expensive food. Nice to have air conditioned buildings to take a break from the heat. We came back for the stunt motorcycles- they were awesome!

There are pull through sites for larger trailers which was nice. The site manager is a very kind man who helped me out of a situation. When I unhooked the trailer, the jack slipped off of the block and sunk into the ground just enough that I could not hook back up. But with his help and a bottle jack, I was able to get hooked up to my truck. It is refreshing to know that there are still kind people out there. Unfortunately, he said he was moving. I hope the next caretaker is as kind as him. The only negative thing is the race track noise. Although it was only one day and not a long time.

Our tickets we purchased for one of the concerts had a completely obstructed view. Tried to get help with finding a different spot the night of the show because we had small kids with us and they gave us no options. Reached out to them the next day and they admitted to making an error on the map by not including the handicap section location being right in front of our seats but just said “sorry, we will do better next time” and offered nothing else.

Not much of a concert line up this year. 10.00 is to much for families to come for a entrance fee. Great choices of food vendors. Loved the late night band stand on the north side. Band was fabulous!!

I went to opening night at the fair and it was a destruction derby as the main event. It was very cool and as you can see there were so many people it was crazy. Everyone behaved and I had an awesome time. You will too.
