Money hungry people, trying to get rich off of the poor residents that live there. I drove around and they have forced mow signs where they'll charge you $100 dollars if you don't mow the yard before Monday. The deposit is more than the lot rent which is ridiculous considering they are only selling the trailers now, and you will not see that money back until you sell your trailer.

Property is clean, quite. People are professional especially The manager Jean, when I arrived she showed me the property's available and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable about her job.

HigherAwareness Situation

Moving in was easy part living here is disastrous. I was shown an available unit came back to do lease that property was nolonger available. They literally showed me what they did have available after saying it was treated for fleas. The ppl abandoned animals for over a month. So that let's you know they don't inspect unite asap after a move out. I moves in roaches can't get rid of the nasty smell of feces had to shop vac all vents can't open the vents because we'll after 2 months of complaining about a small 5 months of buying moth balls charcoal packets they finally after much bugging I did . They removed raccon carcass . I can't sit on the carpets I can't even live in .y room workout in my workout room. Because it smells. I'm constantly having to buy glade plug-ins carpet deo. And they won't move me out into a Habitable unit. I developed allergic conjunctivitis being in this trailer. They force mow in the rain and severe weather alerts. They call the cops on you Jean) when you have to go communicate with her about her non communication. No community flyers about thi gs being done

Redbud Estates trailer park out in Riley County! Now this place ain't your typical trailer park, let me tell ya. After chatting with other friendly residents who also call Redbud home, I got a great sense for what makes this community tick. Folks love being close to those scenic Wildcat Creek trails but far enough from the game day mayhem over at K-State. With plenty of restaurants and stores just a hop away, it's easy livin' for sure. Now no place is perfect, and Redbud's had its share of growing pains changin' hands a few times lately. But the folks I’ve met seem happy enough with the new ownership. Keep in mind thus is a non-rental trailer park, each resident owns the trailer that they live in. The odd address numbers threw me for a loop at first too, I'll admit! Delivery folks may want to get to know the area if venturin' out this way. All in all though, for a nice quiet park a stone's throw from the highway, Redbud Estates leaves me feelin' pretty darn satisfied. I'd rate it a solid 4 stars - not too shabby at all. With friendly faces, trails and eateries galore nearby, this park earns my official seal of approval! Keep on keepin' on, Redbud.

I toured the property and a few homes. The community is improving so much and overall I was impressed. However, I applied for a rental with immediate move in and it has been a week since I applied. The office is always closed and no one is returning my calls about moving in. That has been very disappointing. I guess I’ll have to move on to another community.
