This is an RV park and we stayed in the larger of the two yurts they have on site. So our experience may be a bit different than others who are in a trailer or RV. We stayed Thursday thru Sunday in July. The park is very well kept and best of all quiet. The bathrooms and showers are incredibly clean. There is a community room with a full kitchen, tv, games, and several washing machines and driers. We had two adults and three teenagers and stayed in the 'Coyote Den' yurt which was just big enough for all of us. It has a small fridge and a microwave which were both very useful. There is also an air conditioning unit, but it wasn't super effective in cooling the room. The pool on site is very clean and maintained, and it's walking distance to some nearby amenities. Staff was super helpful and overall it was a great camping experience. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very well-run RV camp park. The property is clean, well kept and has lots of beautiful plants and trees. Ample areas of shade as well. The staff is friendly and attentive. They take really good care of the property and the restrooms were especially nice. They were clean and had private toilet rooms as well as private showers. Everything was in great shape. RV hookups were excellent and the pads were very level.

The camping spots are large with some space in between spots with picnic tables and trees. The restrooms and pool are SPOTLESS. There are bathrooms to shower in that are SPOTLESS! The real standout is Marsha the manager at the desk. She could not have been nicer as we had some special circumstances that we need help with. Do not hesitate to stay here!

Park is nice but the wifi is absolutely trash. Hopefully you have your own Starlink! Bad connection, if it connects at all, super slow, etc. Also, the park provides one wifi login per person and that can only be used on one device. We, like most families, needed more access than one device each in order to do work, connect phones, etc. Last gripe is they only provide one bathroom access card per group. Another inconvenience for a family of four. Not a bad place to stay but this place needs to realize it’s 2026 and step up what they offer. Awful restrictive on what should be everyday conveniences.

My family and I usually stay with family in town when we visit Redding but we decided to stay at an RV park instead. Well this place earns the name resort. This was our first visit and the sites are beautiful, roomy, and we had full hookup (electric and plumbing).. the best part was the bathrooms, so I of course took pictures! Super clean and I loved the individual stalls and showers. They also have a cute club house hangout area and work out room. Great customer service and the kids were able to enjoy the pool!
