Very well maintained park, and the park managers, Paula and Rudy are the best! They really helped us out when we needed it!! The pool area is really nice and the grounds are immaculate with beautiful grass for our furbaby! There are restrooms, showers and laundry room that are nice and kept very clean. The RV spots are concrete and spacious that can handle BIG rigs (ours is 43ft). This is our first winter season staying here but won't be our last!

By far the best RV park in Rockport! Hosts, Rudy and Puala are delightful and run a very efficient operation. Spacious concrete sites, manicured landscape, clean bathrooms and laundromat, pool and event space. For winter Texans, don't miss the games and other organized events! We have stayed there multiple times and can confidently recommend it.

The couple - Paula & Rudy that manages this RV park are some of the nicest people I’ve met in my life! Absolutely loved them! The park is beautiful. The RV spots are huge & the pool is pretty. But we didn’t get to use it. So sad for me. We had a busy schedule that wknd. We will definitely go back here!

Managers were welcoming when we arrived to the resort. Mr. Rudy helped us by letting us use some lighter fluid for our charcoal to cook dinner. We decided to do late check out due to expected rain around normal checkout time. Mr. Rudy was understanding.

Omg!! This place is amazing. The grounds are meticulously maintained, manicured and clean. The clubhouse and bathhouse are very nice and clean. The Managers, Rudy and Paula go out of their way to make sure everyone is safe and happy. The staff are doing a fantastic job as well. This is our 4th year in Rockport and 3rd year here at this park. We have no plans to move anywhere else. It will definitely be worth your stay here at Reel Chill RV Resort if you’re looking for a nice and comfortable visit.

We really wanted to like this RV resort because we travel here several times a year, however, it didn’t take long for us to feel very uncomfortable here. The two gentlemen who ride around in the golf cart all day are extremely invasive and make you feel very uncomfortable. It’s almost to the point you would rather just hide out in the camper. They make rounds around the park about every 15-30 minutes and stop to correct anything that might be “against their rules” even if you are in fact following the rules. The pool is the worst part. If they see anyone is in the pool they will literally sit outside of the gate on the golf cart and watch your every move. It’s feels extremely uncomfortable!!!! We were approached several times about children getting in the mulch around the pool. However, we were with our children each time they were in the pool and they never set foot in the mulch. At one point one of the gentlemen (I believe his name is Rudy) approached us and said “do you think we can keep the kids out of the mulch today?”. I was flabbergasted!!! Not that my kids had been in the mulch, but I can’t help but think if this is something you we’re going to be picky about maybe you should have rethought your landscaping choices (see photo below). They even took issue with how much sunscreen was being applied to my children before getting in the pool 🤯. Unfortunately, we will NOT be returning and will be on the hunt for a better option in the area.

Recommend this place 100%! The grounds are taken care of very well, very peaceful. Such great service, they helped us back into our spot. All the clubhouse facilities were so clean. The pool area was perfect with comfy chairs, our kids loved it. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Very clean and nice park. Manager is very nice and willing to help anyway he can. Very new park everything is in fantastic shape. Gorgeous pool,nice laundry,great showers & a great hall where you can have gatherings and has a full kitchen to use.

Such a friendly atmosphere. Everyone was super nice and courteous. The place is very clean and we enjoyed every minute. All the staff were very friendly. The pool was a fun afternoon activity. There were different games in the club house for everyone to play with including our kids. The host even came by and offered to take our trash to the dumpster. Super, super friendly. They had a donation breakfast and the blueberry pancakes were amazing!! This is a hidden gem that is going to get popular. We love the ease of booking online and checkin was quick and easy. We will definitely be coming back!

Clean park but I have never been harassed so much while camping. What campground does not allow you to cook outside and have a canopy up?? The guy in the white truck claiming to be the manager on property will drive by and check on you 50 times a day like you are a kid! He might as well just sit in our spot. This place is not accommodating at all! We are here for 2 flipping days and put a tarp around our canopy to cook but had to take it down because those are the rules!!! Really it’s 35 degrees out and there are 5 people in this campground! Now I see why all the other campgrounds are full and this one is empty! Nobody is friendly nor helpful here! I would never recommend anyone staying here unless you sit in your trailer and never come out! The only reason I put 1 star is because it’s clean but I’m sure it will stay clean because everyone stays at the other RV parks! We have about 10 trailers that travel together and we will absolutely never come back to this place!
