BUGS in August!! Sunset really brings them out. Even the breeze off the water at site 79 couldn’t keep them away. Turn off your inside lights and close windows before sunset! Dustbuster came in very handy.

Rend lake camping is beautiful. Everything was great except the restroom/ shower house. It was hot the last time, but we knew it was hot outside too. However this time it was way cooler. The shower house/ restrooms were so hot i felt like I couldn't breathe and walls were sweating so bad the toilet paper was soaked. Needless to say we didn't shower the night we stayed because it never cooled off even when temps outside reached 69. I hope we can find another park as awesome, with a shower house that's usable.

Beautiful park! Electric and water, many shady spots, huge lake with beautiful water. We didn't fish, but many were fishing. Can't wait to go back!

Camping out here is so peaceful! It's close by store for convenience if you need anything.

A lovely spot to camp on our way. Lake was lovely, neighbors were respectful, and there were scraps left for a small fire. Looking forward to stopping here next time we are passing through.

Very disappointed this year was pleased with camp for many years. Fishermen 5 of them staying in tents didn't use restrooms used the great outdoors that gets old spoils the view. Also they threw out fish guts back into lake which is illegal and lots of it washes back into rock to smell grass was veryh

This was rend lake at Wayne Fitzgerald campground. The bathroom at the camp does not have flushing toilets but there are shower houses and flushing toilets right when you’re coming into the campground. It’s a very nice place to stay and lots of kids and people with dogs. It’s also the only campground on rend lake where you don’t need a reservation because of corona.

We camped here one night, would certainly have made it longer. No reservations allowed everyone access to great sites, with lake views or wooded inland sites. Sites were quiet, clean and spacious, friendly camp hosts, clean showers and restrooms. A lot of cute and less than cute wildlife. Easy access to the lake if you had kayaks.
