Whether it’s short term passing through or a long term camping it’s a place you can feel at home, quiet, peaceful, great pond , great site, bathhouses were kept amazing. Great location right off exit, plenty of local activities. Can’t thank Mike and the family enough for the hospitality. Make sure you look this campground up.

We had an amazing stay at this RV campground! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The sites were spacious, level, and well-maintained, with full hookups and plenty of room to relax. We loved how peaceful and quiet the area was. I stayed in two lots during my time there (moved closer to the restrooms during winter). Clean restrooms, hot showers, and a laundry room that's on a sign up basis (sign up ahead of time if you're planning a day off). The community vibe made it easy to meet other travelers. As a travel nurse who works the night shift, finding a safe, quiet, and affordable long-term stay can be tricky—but this place checks all the boxes. Mike, the owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and truly understands the needs of healthcare professionals. He purchased this property about 3 years ago and works effortlessly every day to make it comfortable for all of us. This was my first trailer purchase and decided to do full time from day one. He was helpful from day one and answered all the questions I had during my stay. His family was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and offered a great monthly rate that made it easy to settle in without stress. Highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for an stress-free, enjoyable RV stay! Travel RN's, make sure to ask about winter rates!

This was our first time staying at Rest-N-Nest and we loved it the moment we pulled in! The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The campsite was peaceful, and clean. We had a nice shaded and spacious site. We'll definitely be back in the future.

Mike and Lucia were amazing. When I came to Vermont as a travel nurse, the original place i had fell through. I called Mike and he said he could accommodate my stay. He even stayed open late that first night to get me checked in. I will be forever grateful. The place is so peaceful. They even have fun events they do like a pig roast and a Halloween decorating contest. The owner's teenager even offers dog walking, which was a God send. As my first solo trip and my first travel contract, everyone was wonderful. If I'm ever back in the area, I will be back at rest and nest.

The tent sites (not pictured anywhere on the website) are cramped, dark, and ours was within feet of swamp. It did not at all match the feel the website conveyed.

Just returned from our first trip here. Had a good time. Mike and Mike were very helpful and accomodating. We have a travel trailer and a large tent. They cleared a space for the tent. They also gave us a lot of tips on leveling the camper. Mike even supplied necessary stuff for us to do it and helped. He also helped with septic hookup as it was our first time doing it. Thanks again!

The staff here are very accommodating and personable! They are travel nurse and dog friendly! The general atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The campsites are spacious with a fire ring at each site. This is where you go to get away from it all yet not be alone. 5 out 5 stars, would stay here again! :)
