The residents are the most caring, kind, loving people. In this time of tragic temperatures in Texas, they opened their clubhouse as a warming center to surrounding RV Parks that were without water and electricity. They invited all including border patrol to come and have a wonderful hot meal. God bless this community! 🙏

Ann gave us a tour of the Bentsen Palm subdivisions and the different phases. Phase 1 was the prettiest landscaped, looked at the options available for casitas, etc...$187 per square foot is a bit high, & the taxes are the same as we pay for a 2300 sq ft home...HOA dues are $1600 to $2100 per year pd quarterly...
