We stayed here for two months in the winter and had a great time. The office staff is warm and welcoming. There is a pool, playground, dog parks, and two laundry facilities. The property is well kept. The only downside is in the rainy months, the black clay in the area gets everywhere (which the park can not help). Site were level, gravel, and wide. We would recommend for anyone in the Georgetown or Taylor area.

This is a well managed & clean RV park as you can probably tell by the pic, they are roomy & luxurious, at least compared to most campgrounds / RV Park's I have been too.

The best place I have stayed at! (2months) Quiet, beautiful landscapes all around. The drive to Georgetown was just 20 min. and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic. Al and Martha have been the kindest and quick on responding to any questions or issues. (Had no issues really) I will return in the future! Thank you all for a peaceful experience!

Wife and I parked here for about 5 months. Amenities such as pool, bath house and laundry were excellent. Lawn maintenance was also great. Wish all parks along our journeys were this nice.

The place is not well taken care of...had grass blown on my car more than once and the texas sun baked it clippings on my car. The gravel dust is all over everything trash dumpster is alway full and smells bad. The pool has failing mortar and the internet is very slow...TV isn't HD. A lot of other options out around Austin with better amenities. I won't be returning.

Its every think to look for in a park clean sites, nice showers,laundromat, and swimming pool plus the staff is very courteous ,I look forward to moving there soon.

Spoke to them 5 times over the course of 2 weeks. Our dates didn't match up for availability but I call today and they have an opening for us. Me and my 12 and 13 year old sons. She tells me today (she never mentioned this before) that I will have to pay a fee for the kids because the rent only includes 2 adults and 2 cars. Not cool. Not happy. Waste of time and horrible customer service by not giving the full rules the 5 times prior that we have emailed, texted, and called regarding renting from them. I would never pay pet rent and I won't start paying additional rent for my Kids ever.

Super nice place, very well kept, clean, pool is small but most places don't even have a pool, facilities are very clean and cared for. Out in the country so it is very peaceful. I would totally recommend this place!
