Beware before you book!! NO matter when you book, Rice Creek has a non-refundable cancellation policy, they will not allow you to move the dates no matter what the reason, no matter how far out you book. Find another RV resort to book with. There are plenty of RV resorts and campgrounds that are willing to work with their customers. The customer service is terrible at Rice Creek.

We've stayed here twice a year for the last 2.5 years and we were starting to get concerned with the looks and working order of things. With this visit, we are very impressed with how things are shaping up. The resort looks cleaner, and you can tell Valarie and Rich have been working hard at making improvements, with more improvements to come.

What a clean and friendly park! The staff is very helpful. There is a big, beautiful pool, showers, and a laundry room. We love it and plan to return next time we are in the area.

We absolutely love living in Rice Creek! This community is like family away from home. There is something for everyone at Rice Creek with all the activities they have going on. Bonus, it's close to several hospitals, shopping and restaurants.

Very clean and quiet RV resort with a friendly and hospitality host! We travelled to Tampa for my daughter’s soccer tournament and arrived late Friday night to Rice Creek RV resort. The host, Valerie, received us at the gate and guided us to our site. She was very generous with her time and made sure we were able to fully hook up our RV to all the utilities. After mentioning that we needed to be at the field very early in the morning, and I shared my concerns whether an Uber would be available, Valerie said “if you don’t have a ride, call me and I’ll take you!” She made us feel like we were with family. The other long term residents of the RV resort were very friendly and welcoming during our stay. We will definitely stay at Rice Creek RV resort again and will recommend it to our friends! The resort has a large pool, two in-ground hot tubs, a laundromat, bathroom (all very clean), a club house and lots of indoor and outdoor games. It’s quiet and ideal for families and retirees.

Ya, stay away, you won't like it, too quiet and laid back, not where you think your gonna party and kick ass the stir up the mud. Not the place you wanna go. We are ok 👍 with the dullness.

This is our second visit to this RV Resort. The management here is very responsive and very, very nice. They have gone the extra mile to satisfy the customer so we will definitely be coming back! Gotta thank Tim for getting us squared away!

Always love visiting Rice Creek, office people are very friendly, pool is wonderful and many nice people. Just not so happy with the temporary neighbor who had beer bottles out front and smelling like pot.

Upon visiting a friend, one of the maintenance men on a golf cart approached me waiting on my ride and asked me if I lived there a I said No, and then he said he was going to call the deputies on me and have me trespassed for no reason. He was extremely disrespectful considering the previous time there, I was extremely welcomed by the man who maintains the pool and he said I was more than welcome to go swimming and it is a nice park but unfortunately, because I took a shower (available to the public located by the pool) I was made to leave. It's unfortunate because now I can't visit my family in a 55+ community. So, I suppose I was discriminated against for no reason.
