So my wife and I had lost our home and were forced into buying a camper and needed somewhere to pull in and stay for 4 to 5 weeks so that I could recover from me haveing to have surgery on my neck to remove my cancer on the 17th of September which is tomorrow to be exact. Now like I said 300 dollar camper needed some things done to it but it didn't look bad at all just needed cleaned up. The staff there was kind curtious at first. Knew our situation and were accommodating we paid 240 dollars for a week and was scheduled in for another week as I went to pay for our scheduled were we were told we could not stay because the new owners told them no we had to leave that was on the 11th of September because they were shutting down so others called to see if they could reserve a lot and infect they were not closed down so I talked to the new owner face to face and even with our situation surgery and being no place to go and haveing the money to pay for our time that was scheduled we were made to leave and only gave us few hours to do so because our camper was an eye sore considering we were put on a site in-between brand new 50,000 dollar campers there were also 9 other campers that were told the same thing with that said they took a woman's dream and there turning it into a true camping nightmare and the lack of human compassion will show in there future cadaver they had no idea who iam and the influence I have in such community's as such as this I hope for there sake they can get past the reviews I have already posted with all social platforms and camping world reviews the have taken A simple beautifully family camping experience and are gonna turn it into a circus attraction for the members that gave been there for years and years and destroy a woman's dream that was built to destroy

This is a fun camp ground with activities posted and a band or music on many Saturday nights. A sandy beach is in the heart of camp with swimming and fishing. The kids and adults just finished a duck race and a teen won first with younger kids getting prizes as well. Many Campers are here year after year and often reach out to help each other when needed. Camp fire on cool evenings. Pets on a leash and strict 5 miles per hr even in golf carts.

For time here, Horrible experience unless you’ve been camping here your whole life or are from the area. A lady worker literally started screaming at the top of their lungs at my children that are under 10 just playing on the playground minding their business, being kids because their niece went and told the worker that was her aunt, my kids weren’t playing with her. Horrible vibes and we ultimately decided to leave after that incident and as we were leaving a bunch of workers rallied together screaming that it’s 5mph through the campground and we were literally doing 4mph! They all started screaming and cussing the whole time our car drove past. I see why people warned us to stay away from this camp ground even as we were there 🤦‍♀️ I went to report it to the office and she dismissed it stating she only knew they yelled at some kids right out there (not my kids btw) and told me right a letter to the owner because they don’t take complaints 😂 same attitude and vibe as the workers, not a welcoming environment for families at all. We will not be returning

This is our first full season at Ridge Ranch campground. The place is beautiful. There is plenty to do. They have swimming, boat rentals, fishing, and a lot of activities for kids! playgrounds throughout. Then to my surprise they have a dog swimming area! I would recommend Ridge Ranch to others and that is unlike Me!

This was our second time at Ridge Ranch! Employees are very nice and the seasonal campers are very friendly! We have met wonderful people each time we are there. Considering an additional weekend trip before the end of the season! thanks for some great memories!
