We were in campsite 137 in our small trailer. Although it's a well kept park, that particular site should be avoided. It is difficult to get into and there is a big hole in the middle of the concrete pad. The hole makes it even more difficult to maneuver into place. When you look at their online map, there is no site 137. We wandered around until we found it, but not until we came upon a dead end & had to turn our trailer around in a tight squeeze. The neighborhood is dominated by nice mobile homes so it's not all bad.

We stayed here in our motorhome. The property is being revamped, and what they have done so far looks really nice. Everyone we met was nice and welcoming. Beautiful pool area & courtyard. There's a bar/grill across the street that had good food also. The location was perfect...it's located near pretty much anything you can think of.

Booked this location after finding it on the web. Went to Denver to see our son and this location worked great. East correspondence with manager. Easy spot to back into even with my 39 foot camper. Got set up- Quiet location. Yes reconstruction was Going on but had no issues with that. Even stayed an extra day from our arranged planned 3 days. The 4 days there were great.

It’s difficult to find spaces for our motor home when we visit our son in Denver. We feel fortunate to have found this spot. It’s a little oasis with mature trees, a neighborhood atmosphere and Bear Creek Trail close by. It’s not your typical RV park and with the construction going on, it was a bit noisy at times but the end result will be beautiful. Juliette at the office was very helpful but I would suggest some additional help for the evenings/weekends. We will definitely stay again!

This park evicts home owners without following state laws on evictions. Been in the park a few times since previous ownership sold property. Gone down hill. Several park residents have expressed how horrible things have become....can't say I didn't see this coming. I'd also be surprised if the pool opened this year. Vehicles parked not only on patios, good way to damage work done by contractors but also on grassy areas. Since allowing dogs on the premises, the property looks in great need of major cleaning. Sometimes change is good, but in this case, new "ownership" and bullying "management" will for sure cause this property to go another direction sooner than later.

I'm a volunteer for SNOW BUDDIES offered by Englewood and available to those in need of someone to shovel snow for them because they are elderly or disabled. 1st visit was during snow storm and at 4:00 am. Looks extremely nice compared to other trailer parks I've visited. I did find it difficult to locate units. Could use signs on each street sign letting u know what unit #'s are down each alley or street. But as stated during a storm and it was dark out so maybe I just missed them. I thought from what I saw tho that everything else was well maintained and looked nice.

I have a question... Never been here.. is it only 55yr+? And does anyone know of any inexpensive places to live for rent that would let me pay monthly with not good credit and minimum paperwork requirements? Just moved here, was abandoned lol but decided to stick around and try something different... Been in a hotel for months & I'm sick of it. Need stability or I'm going back to nashville TN
