This place is great! Friendly staff. Really clean pool with paved through roads. Even turf yards. Honestly, you’ll thank me later. Did I mention they are right next to the new movie theater, shopping centers, all the things….😊

I’m a travel nurse and have stayed in several RV Parks and this park has been amazing. I stayed here for 22 months! They keep the park very clean! The facilities are always clean and the pool area is very nice! They are also have an area to BBQ and it’s beautiful at night. They have a good dog park and they offer gas tanks if you happen to need one. The staff is very nice and they make their rounds frequently around the park. I always felt safe. My packages always got delivered with no problems.

We travel in a 41 ft class A, towing a car. We stayed two nights. We picked this park as it had a dog park and a pool. Dog park is full of actively growing prickers (goatheads) and the gating has gaps wide enough for a small dog to escape. Unfortunately pool not open until 4pm on Mondays, (our layover day) so we didn't get much time there. The office person with the key for the pool doesn't get in until 4pm. The pool was open Sunday with no one available in the office, so I'm not sure why the pool couldn't be open on Monday. Sites are fairly level and have good size piece of fake grass. The worst thing is that all the pull thru sites have a high curb to drive over and down onto the site. This may not be a problem for others, but when I pulled out the curb rocked the motorhome so violently that kitchen drawers all fell open. Back in sites appear to have flat entries so they would be fine.

I guess I’m having to make another comment because I can’t reply directly to Ridgeview’s comment — probably because they don’t want people really hearing the truth. Everything they said is a lie, so I’m replying to their comment here. First off, I never refused anything. I spoke directly with the manager in your office — and Dom, you should know that, because you were also on the phone during that conversation. That’s completely untrue, and I actually have a 30-minute recorded call that clearly shows what really happened — I’ll gladly share it if needed so people can hear the truth for themselves. It’s also funny that they mentioned the police being called due to “safety” and “verbal aggression,” because at no point was I ever verbally aggressive — your manager was. After the police left my camper, about half of the people staying there came over to tell me that Ridgeview was in the wrong and even helped me pack my belongings. Also, according to your manager, who was calling around to other RV parks telling them not to let my family stay — they told Sundance RV Park that I had been “evicted.” Dom (the owner), you personally called Sundance and confirmed that your manager did, in fact, make those calls. I have proof of that, and what your manager did is considered slander — you could easily get in trouble for that. For anyone reading this, you can call Sundance RV Park directly to verify. Please don’t twist the truth or make guests look like liars just because the focus is on money. That same recording even includes your own statement saying, “we’re trying to move everybody out because y’all raised the prices.” I will always stand up for the truth, and it’s clear you’re just trying to cover your business because everything you’ve said is false. I also have multiple other people who were staying there at the same time who can vouch for what really happened

We had a great one night stay as we made our way to Houston. Easy access on and off the freeway, very wide roads within the park and easy to get into your site. Nice pool, grassy dog park, very clean, quiet and close to lots of restaurants and Walmart. Booking online was easy and check in was fast and no fuss. Friendly staff and wonderful info for those arriving after office hours as well. As a bonus the sunset over the ridge was gorgeous.
