Heads up!! I paid 3,000.00 a month and got next to a nightmare for a neighbor. The people that own their unit think they can rule the park. They are full of gossip and slander. The mgr. Over the general mgr. Is nothing but a big liar. She will say what ever just to be able to try and move you out. The women that work in the office also live in the park. Which is very bad. They also are full of wicked lying gossip tounges. Especially the one that lives next to Denny. Denny just list his wife in Sept. And found a sleep in girlfriend 3 months later. He would not wear his hearing aids. So he always had his radio on too loud. He had no respect for neighbors. His girlfriend was walking around in his open blind park model in the nude. I had to endure this all since they had no other unit to move to. They should have kicked them all out. Wicked man Bob, jumped into the pool right at my face. Not once. But twice.!! In case u don't know it, but it is against the law!! Do not go here, or you have big misery ahead of you!!

Very helpful member of staff and the park is so tidy and clean. Great stopover.

Beautiful, friendly, secure, peaceful. We stayed here about a week using it as a base camp for our day trips. Service was top notch. Only drawback was the placement of a palm tree in the center of each lot which made it difficult to back in a camper trailer.
