We really enjoyed our stay at Reo Del Sol Haven! The campground is right a long the Colorado River and we enjoyed lots of scenic views from both the camp and a walking trail that runs along the river. If you have an off-roading vehicle there are tons of trails around the area. Between the desert mountain views and the Colorado River views, it’s a beautiful area to explore. Everyone here was super friendly and helpful. It’s a cute, quiet (we stayed in February), and dog-friendly campground. It’s about 15 minutes from Parker, where you can get your groceries. Definitely would recommend staying here and we plan on coming back.

We’ve stayed here for the winter season for the past 3 years and will continue to come back! It’s a wonderful park with lots of activities and it’s right on the river. Gorgeous views, places to walk, space to relax, and has quiet & friendly RVers. The managers, Jeaneen & Sean, are fantastic, always friendly, helpful, and caring. Can’t say enough wonderful words about Rio Del Sol!!!

I called several times around 7:30 in the evening and rang through to a message of a woman's friendly sounding voice stating that the manager was on the other line or out in the park. Ironically, the man who returned my calls was very aggressive and wanted to know "what is your emergency?" and why I was "blowing up the phone" -- whatever that means. He hung up on me before I could explain that my phone had bad service in the desert. Reading the several other one-star reviews, there seems to be a repeated history of a male employee or manager who is aggressive and rude. I suggest you read them before planning a stay at Rio Del Sol if you are not comfortable dealing with this kind of behavior. There are alternative parks nearby. Big River RV park is the one I chose. They were happy to answer my call and found me a space. I consider it good luck that I did not have the misfortune to stay at Rio Del Sol.

The management treats local folks like they have the plague.

Super friendly staff and seasonal campers. Fantastic option for snow birds at a reasonable price. Lovely grass area right on the river and lits of activities to keep you entertained! We plan to return again.

This is a very well managed and run park that is absolutely stunning down by the river. Yes, they make rules--but the rules make sense to me because they are enforced equally without favoritism. The rules are for the benefit of all. I love the dog run, the quiet nights where all you here is the river and the wind through the trees--makes it a wonderful place to spend some time and unwind.

We've stayed here for past 5 or 6 years. Great location, river frontage. Always pet friendly but leash your pet. Shuffleboard court not level anymore. Nice pool table in clubhouse. Bathrooms have a perpetual nasty smell although always clean, and although I didn't use the showers, I never heard anything negative. Nice kitchen you can sign up and use. Fishing not very good anymore, water too swift for fishing by boat but they have lots of docks. Water isn't drinkable -- too salty, bring bottled water. Sewer smell throughout lower areas, park designed for smaller older campers, not the big 2 bath diesel pushers with washing machines. If you're new to the campground, you'll enjoy it. 6 or 7 miles to Blue Water Casino could be a distraction. Nice little town of Parker, fairly new WalMart, and very RVer friendly. Nice clubhouse used by winter folks, used to have a great winter crowd, but many now leaving, or asked to leave (management's solution to handle criticism), so park has lost its sense of family. Hopefully this is temporary. We love the place, and will probably go back, but may give it a couple years to sort itself out.
