Well my husband and I own a local cleaning business. We live just down the street. We needed to wash and dry a couple of loads of laundry and were too tired to make it back to Williamsburg to Greenway laundry so we thought we’d just rundown to the local business the says public laundry. When we came back to put our clothes in the dryer the owner I guess per say met my husband at the locked laundry room door and proceeded to tell him “let me tell u about my retirement”.my husband as an ex cna respectfully listened. He then changed his demeanor and told him that there was pet hair left in the washing machine and we were no longer welcome with our filth. I can assure u sir that you owe me money for using your so called pubic laundry. If pet hair is left in the washing machine it’s because you washer don’t work. That means my laundry still had pet hair as well. We clean for a living and respect other folks stuff every single day. You sir are flipping insane. He even mentioned reviews so then I started researching the reviews . Just wow

Nothing short but Wow! I stopped by the park to check the laundry facility and was greeted immediately by the owner/manager. The facility is tip notch, reasonable and outstandingly clean. The waiting area is equipped with chairs, tables and is just as orderly as the indoor. The park itself is also super well kept and the spacing between the site are generously distributed. I recommend this rv park and laundry respectfully.

Rio Lago is a great RV park. Gill and the others that tend to the park keep it clean and well maintained along with providing fantastic service whenever needed. Super nice down to earth people that live there long term as well! Great little spot right down the road from the lake state park and close to gas stations for snacks and lunch. 10/10!

Nice and clean 👌 but the issue was the dryers. 2 out of the 4 didn't work well. We ran it for two cycles, which was 70 minutes and my clothes were still wet. It was a convenient location but I wished that I could have gotten my laundry done. Maybe we will try again and hopefully they adjust the temperature.

I used this park specifically for laundry today and the owner was SO NICE. First I had called on the phone to confirm the laundromat was open to the public. The owner responded happily that it was and let me know they also have a coin machine in the building. When we got there he greeted us and was just a super friendly guy. We didn't stay the night but I would imagine this would be a perfect place to stop!

The owner and staff are excellent and very welcoming. The park is neat and has 2 BBQ areas. Pet friendly as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.
