manager , EMILY CORONADO, never answers. horrible manager. it deserves a better manager. management is NEVER in office. don’t stay here or rent here at all. go to a better place. this is truly what makes brownsville horrible.

SAVE YOURSELF & YOUR CREDIT!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS RV PARK!! MY HUSBAND & I STAYED HERE FOR 2 MONTHS DUE TO HIS JOB & AFTER WE LEFT (3/2020) WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR $100 DEPOSIT UNTIL THIS DAY HAVE NOT. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER OUR PHONE CALLS. ALSO MESSED UP MY HUSBANDS CREDIT SCORE CLAIMING WE OWED THEM MONEY AFTER LEAVING, WE DID NOT. SPOKE TO OFFICE & THEY AGREED TO TAKE IT OFF HIS CREDIT ADMITTING CHARGES WERE WRONG & SHOULD NOT BE ON ACCOUNT. ALMOST ONE YEAR LATER THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN IT OFF HIS CREDIT, UPDATED THE BALANCE, OR SENT US THE $100 CHECK DEPOSIT THEY STATED WOULD BE MAILED.

They continue to have sewage problems with this place. They will keep the deposit and blame the backing up of sewage on you.
