After being here for over six months I really like this place I can’t say enough about Tony the assistant manager who takes care of everything and he just such a big help when I first moved in. He’s respectful anytime I call about something. He helps me out and everybody can’t say enough about Tony even Eric said he’s just super sweet person that goes out of his way to help everybody here at River city Rv park he’s on call 24 /7 an Tim who also helps out with Tony an is our security person he’s out at different times throughout the night and daytime checking to make sure that residents are safe Tim a excellent security person I feel more safer here having Tony and Tim taking care of all of us these two men have made a huge difference for my decision to stay here I’m thankful an blessed river city Rv park is getting much better as the days go by Sharon Ross lot 37

Amazing location! Moved out to Jacksonville and I was new here! While I was setting up an amazing employee named Mr.Will, came over and gave me a hand when i didn’t ask! Very helpful and kind. Told me more about what was around us as well! Great people, nice location! Highly recommend!!

The best RV park hands down William is so helpful he explained so much to my husband and I. We were newbies and didn’t know what we were doing he worked with us and helped countless times. I also love that they have security on site 24/7 and the park is also pet friendly with a dog park and poop stations around the park. They also have a laundry facility on site. Now if we are talking location I love that it’s just short walk to the store and there is even a park next door where you can take a stroll with the kids or hubby, you also have the fire department next door which makes for a safe location. Now your lot rental options are as follows they have daily, weekly & monthly rates available. Best part you don’t have to sign your life and unborn child’s away just to get a spot here lol just keep in mind site manager works and lives on site so Sunday the park lines are closed for reservations. Also no cash payments but they do except cashiers check, money orders and credit card payments.

We started out booking only a week, but ended up staying a couple months. The manager was exceptionally kind and accommodating to us during the many times we called to extend our stay. Area was perfectly calm and peaceful as well. Perfect for us to slow down and relax in. Will definitely be returning here if we're ever back in the area!

Recently stayed for a week while coming through the area to visit friends. On first appearance approaching it’s not the most regal area. But the proximity to activities, surveillance and on-site manager eased our worries. Our GSD met a couple of friends in the dog park. They didn’t discriminate on the breed of our dog or age of our rig (2003) which were both pleasant surprises. The manager (Rachel I believe) was definitely a ray of Florida Sunshine filling me in on the best shops, parks and spots in Springfield/Riverside area. Water pressure and quality were definitely superior compared to most parks we frequent. WiFi and our Verizon cell service was strong so we could still work remotely. Super quiet park even with close by neighbors with kids. Will definitely return next time we’re in the area.
