Looks a little messy but the people seem nice. Older, blue collar type. Rent is more reasonable than some over priced apartment. Easy access to the expressway.

This place Is home to my favorite cousin and aunt. I’ve never heard them complain about the place and the park stays clean and well landscaped. It’s welcoming

They can't keep the same manager for to long and God forbid something tovtear up cause its bn a year and my washer still isn't fixed and washing clothes in the bathtub when you have kids suck

I enjoyed view a home, but after filling application and giving fee there has NOT been an answer on the home. Also numerous times calls went to voicemail no replays just been left hanging. Sure be nice to see if River Oaks is where we call home????
