They did construction and didn’t clean up after themselves. One of the rocks bent the blade on my push mower, and they also messed up my yard.

Lately I've been very disappointed. We've lived here for 3 years now, almost 4, and I'm torn. There's some good, but also a lot of just annoying little things. We bought our 2 year old a little swing set to outside, and were told to remove it or get fined and possibly evicted, yet I see other lots with trampolines, and even one with a massive inflatable swimming pool! But yet little toddler swing set is "too dangerous" to have out? Even though other kids aren't supposed to be going to other yards? They tried to blame us (for some reason?) that our dog chased a school bus down the street barking at it. I guess the only description the bus driver game them was that it was white dog. We do have little white lapdog, but he is elderly and couldn't run to save his own life. Also, he wasn't outside a the time.. Like others have said, lots of potholes. And half the residents here don't even follow simple road rules and stop at intersections, let alone at the stop signs. Gotta be super careful driving through here. I had someone back into my work vehicle at the mailbox area, yet they couldn't pull the footage from the supposed camera on the mail building. Makes me wonder if it's even a real camera then. What's the point of it? Site rent keeps going up and up. It's not sustainable for us homeowners. Their system claimed I didn't have the balance available in my account today, but I always keep more than enough on hand for the first week of the month to make sure it's paid. There's currently an extra $20 in there, but their system kicked it back. Now I have to pay the returned check fee, late fees, etc by money order? Ridiculous. You should want to keep your tenants and your homeowners on site, but I feel like we're being pushed away. It's a shame. Quick edit: Just found out that our billing account is now locked out of online payment from this whole ordeal. So they'll *only* take money orders from us for 6 months. Cool!

Worst management possible. Maria is awful. Just got done watching them tear out our rose bushes, which they plan to charge us for. Absolutely ridiculous! Edit: After I posted this, the manager sent maintenance back over to completely remove what was left of the bushes (photo 2) out of spite. It left the property looking awful.

My sister has lived in this community for 3 years now and she loves it. Its quiet and safe. The neighbors are all very respectful of each other. Its clean and the manufactured homes are well maintained.
