We love river oaks. It’s a fun safe community for our family and consistently clean. The staff is very friendly, supportive and welcoming. We have been here two years and love how quiet and friendly the community and staff are.

THIS PLACE, and the experience living at river oaks mobile home was HORRIBLE. It stinks outside everyday. The maintenance people sucks. They don’t come fix anything . You have to literally call over and over just to get some one to come fix anything. The house is cheap put together barely pressed the front door to hard on the wall, left a hole because the walls are so thin.. such a horrible experience. DON’T MOVE THERE & lastly they don’t have pest control coverage and they have roaches BADLY!!! Worst experience ever it’s nicely put together but it’s not worth it AT ALL

This place used to be amazing lived there for almost a decade. It was sold and it's not the same. The lady that took over the management is evil horrible. I've never encountered someone so evil just not a good person in anyway. People are moving as fast as they can even people who have lived here for 20+years.
