We have traveled from Boaz Alabama to Homer Alaska staying in many RV parks along the way. River Oaks is by far the best RV park we have found. Friendly staff, reasonably priced, clean and quiet.

Great park with beautiful sites along the river. Lots of quail and beautiful trees which were in bloom when I stayed in April on my way to Canada. My back in, #4, had enough room for two RV’s with lush grass and no road noise. Would definitely stay here again.

After selling our home, we needed a temporary place to stay with our 40’ fifth wheel… Absolutely loved the numerous eagles flying up an down the river, some perching feet away in a tree… Owls were fun, as well as quail, robins and so on… Had a doe bedded down by the river as she rose two fawns followed her… Nature is wonderful and river is peaceful… Easy access to stores an restaurants… We enjoyed our two months here….

My husband and I stayed here for a few months and we loved it! We had a great view of the river, they maintained the property very well, showers were hot and with plenty of time to finish without needing to add more quarters. It was great to have a laundry room and it was almost always available. It's a quiet place to stay. We saw deer by the river and eagles and osprey. There is a nice lawn bordering the river with lots of space for guests to set up chairs. Each site is well-spaced. We stayed in site 27 and had a great view of the river. The monthly price can't be beat and the hosts are very nice. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it over the other options in town.
