Beautiful community very nice looking landscaping and nice mobile homes. I will defiantly be looking forward to moving my father in this community very nice senior community and I expect it to make him very happy!

This place is nice and quiet right off the expressway entrance and exit of the Bishop Ford at Dalton Avenue it's very quiet and my mom is happy there

full of broken down trailers , over grown look shabby I really don't understand how something like this can exist. WOW

It is not a safe place. A few days ago the neighbor was shot dead, they robbed and you go to the office and they tell you we can't do more than we do. What do they do? At least three to four times they shoot and for them it is normal. Finishing my contract I will leave.

I,ve been here now over year. This is one of the quietest place to live in. The neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly and kind. Love this place.

My mother lives there and she was mold under her house and it's definitely not live able , I'm going to speak with someone in the office if they can't move my mother or at least change her to something that want make her sick, i am definitely getting the city of Calumet involved, because my mother is old they steady going up on her rent taking advantage of her age.
