My husband and I rented the venue and all 12 cabins for the weekend for our wedding. We had a lot of out of town family so the cabins were just right for us and our large group. Perfect is not a strong enough word, and all of our guests would agree! The location is absolutely beautiful. The staff-just lovely! Mary Lundy also served as our wedding coordinator and she did a phenomenal job and made the weekend everything we hoped for! We are hoping to be back for anniversaries and other events. If you’re looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway, this is the place!!

This is the best "non-resort" in the area. I say that with serious enthusiasm because I would stay again over any "resort." The grounds are massive and the RV sites are big enough for our large toyhauler. It's located centrally to the surrounding towns, very well kept, and the hiking trail will kick your butt. The staff is more than accommodating. We will definitely be returning. I grew up bass fishing, bang for buck... THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!.

My family and myself rented a cabin here as our last summer getaway before school started and we were extremely pleased with the cabin itself, it suited our needs perfectly, the location was also great. It was spaced just right for privacy but not to secluded with beautiful forest all around. With a 10yr.old and a 2yr.old the gem of our stay was the playground just a few yards from the front porch and it was just right so both children were quite pleased. They also enjoyed the visits we had from some of the wildlife like the friendly deer and thankfully friendly skunk. Just a stones throw was a old shipping pier that was perfect for fishing from. My husband pulled in a few nicely sized cats which we ate that nite, really good. The land along the sides of the pier was very nicely maintained with tree swings, hammocks, and a volleyball net all ready to play. We stayed for 3 nights at a very reasonable price and were the only occupants of the cabins so it was nice and peaceful. We had a wonderful time and plan on returning in the fall to see the changing colors of the abundant forest and will recommend this place to all our friends and family. The staff was very friendly also and helpful.

This is one of the cleanest and well kept camp grounds we’ve stayed at. Love the trails, bike riding, easy to park your camper, lots to do in the area with Guntersville State Park almost next door. This a quiet campground, water surrounds the point, the owners keep it well manicured so it’s easy to get to trails. They have a great fenced dog area too.

Me and my family came here and we like it here. Nice view and had a lovely dog park. My only criticism was that there weren’t any restaurants nor grocery stores nearby. But that is my only concern. I would recommend this camping site
