We have camped at this location 3 years in a row and absolutely love it. This year we had some truck issues that prevented us from pulling our camper home on our checkout date. The staff and manager were very accommodating and helping us stay extra nights even helping us move our camper from one campsite to another when reservations were no longer an option. They went above and beyond to help us they are an amazing place they have great activities lots of fun for the kids and have a great location with where they're at.

This is our second trip to this resort and would definitely recommend. The amenities on-site are great and the location as well. We stayed in the studio cabin, and it's decent. Staff at welcome center is hit or miss though. Sonique (not sure exact spelling) was rude and unprofessional from check in to random simple requests throughout our stay. The staff at the pool are fantastic!!

Easily one of the best RV campgrounds we have ever stayed at in terms of quality of facilities and amenities. Pool is large and clean with a restaurant/bar and tons of shades seating with tables and decent wifi. Arcade/bar/bowling alley was a ton of fun as well. Sites were pretty large, fairly level and well maintained. Daughter is begging to come back here again. Location is about 20-30 mins from either Rocky Mountain National Park or Winter Park. We spent a day at Trestle Bike Park there which was fantastic and was still able to spend some time walking Grand Lake. It's a good location in my opinion.

This place is amazing! We parked our camper here for 3 days and 2 nights. There is a ton to do here. The campus is super clean and family friendly. The park feels safe and classy. The restrooms and showers were private and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tubs were also very nice. Highly recommend!

Are you looking for THE perfect spot to spend your vacation? Look no further because this place has everything you want! It is located in the perfect spot on the rocky mountains. We had our first ever family vacation and the only negative part was that we had to go home. I literally could have stayed here so much longer. People were nice, no, beyond nice, they go above and beyond in this place! I am already planning my trip for next year because we WILL be back! Thank you for offering this amazing opportunity to people and truly making their vacation one they will never forget!
