I'm sure this place is amazing in the Summer - but spring is not it, and cant even imagine Winter. Its very desolate, and creepy. The facility and grounds are beautiful, but so empty. Thats not my issue though, my issue is youre paying full price to stay in the winter/spring and almost everything was closed or broken. Tons of games in the arcade were broken, bowling was broken and took $20 from us - we were only refunded for 1 game ($6). Beautiful weather, and no lawn games, stores were closed, even the dog park was locked up, and this was on a beautiful saturday! Service was terrible all around.... I get it, its the off season, I wouldnt be so annoyed if they didnt charge full price.

Very unprofessional. Particularly Stacie. Customer service needs to be worked on. Stacie would rather hang up on you before caring about your reservations. Longtime customer to this place. Plenty of business sent their way. Losing a loyal client and plenty of business. Zero stars.

Update it's now 12:34 am and it's still as bright as sunset in our cabin. Neighbors yard lights will keep you awake all night. I'm posting this at 11:40 pm on the 15th of February and it's as bright as as it was at 4 pm in our cabin. I called the after hours number and nothing. So if you're looking for a quiet VERY BRIGHT stay then yeah come here. If you're liking for a quite restful stay I wouldn't recommend it.

We are some Denver investors looking for a new vacation property to purchase in the Granby area. We had seen the ads for Sun Outdoors and decided to try a long weekend on the property to experience it. We were sorely disappointed. Check in was strange with no clear instructions on where to go. We got into the rental in the late afternoon to find the bunk beds missing comforters, no ice, no garage disposal, and generally poor heating and insulation in the small cabin. The weather was very cold, and our cabin freezing most nights. We decided to shake off these short comings and go to the bar/ restaurant (Summit Bar and Grill) on the property to watch the Broncos game and try out the mini bowling. Apparently the bar didn’t have the ability to play the game that was on CBS. The mini bowling required purchasing a game card from a machine that needed to be rebooted a few times. The staff was ok not particularly helpful but not unkind. We ended up ending our trip a day early because of these issues and will not be returning. Needless to say, we will not be investing in this property either. Apparently this property is more summer oriented, which was clear to us because of the clear lack of proper management in the winter.

We love this place! It is the perfect getaway from the city we need every now and again. The cabins are so nice and come with their own grill, fire pit, picnic table and a spacious patio to relax on. We try to rent a golf cart to make it easier for us to go to the pool and back but if they are available for whatever reason we bring our electric scooters. The best part is that the cabins are pet friendly so we can bring our fur babies along with us. Our family has been vacationing here at least once every summer for the past few years and we will always love it!

Love this place! Bowling is sooooo much fun with the kids. Bumber lanes. Big TVs. Arcade. Pizza is worth buying. Some weekends are really busy.

Outstanding accommodations! Can't say enough about this place. We stayed in lookout lodge and could not have been happier. Check in was simple, our unit was extremely clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Location was great to Granby Ranch. Food at the Summit bar and grill was great and fairly priced. Check out was as easy as check in. I would highly recommend you stay here!

Expansive place. Very friendly staff. Top of the line accommodations. From full hook ups for your RV to rental town homes. Great stay cation location. Lots to do here. Only wish I could stay longer and enjoy it here more.

We rented one of their villas for a solid week and the place was fantastic. The weekdays are quiet and everything’s wide open. Weekends get busy with a very family-friendly vibe all around. And it’s got a ton of amenities for the entire family in what’s almost like a self-contained little town. It’s a great place to stay with Colorado’s amazing outdoor adventures just a short hop away – mountains, lakes, rivers, trails and more – so I’ll be coming back again in the future. Totally recommended!
