Well it's a R.v.park so no rooms to rent it's a laid-back RV Park 55 and up, the grounds are kept real nice and manicured lots are reasonable they have 5 different floor layout models that you could choose from modern style Park model homes !& It's on the little Manatee river ! With private boat ramps!

Extremely clean and peaceful community. We brought our grandkids with us and they had a wonderful time. Although not much to do with the kids except go swimming in pool. I'm happy I chose this location.

Full hookups with clean bathrooms and showers. Nice pool and clubhouse. Many activities, ice cream socials, card room with board games and many activities are scheduled for residents and visitors. They made us feel welcome and included us in everything. A big screen TV as well in the clubhouse.

Nice, well kept RV park. Many permanent units, but pretty much all are neat and clean. Paved interior roads. Our site was about 90' long, so plenty of room.

Nice park situated on eh Little Manatee River. Park is very clean. Many snowbirds as would be expected in the winter months. The did have problems with water several times during our stay so we were without potable water for several days. Large club house. A few miles to Ruskin for shopping.

We had a built in Park model RV in this park for a dozen years and we're only able to use it on average maybe 2 months total a year. We had always planned on making this a part of our retirement plans. Then the park got sold and the rates kept climbing exorbitantly year after year. Then the Pandemic hit and as I was declared an essential employee on day one of the shutdowns , running multiple major highway projects in NJ, I wasn't supposed to leave the state. After weeks of phone calls and emails essentially telling me that even though I was not legally allowed to fly down to mow the grass, paint already painted patio blocks, and the most ridiculous suggestion I have ever heard, put vinyl siding on my already metal clad RV. I saw the writing on the wall, put my truck on the auto train, came down and emptied what little remained of the possessions we had accumulated. Paid the park manager $3000 to have it demolished, not sure why she was involved. Fast forward to yesterday when I stopped to visit a friend and discovered that my oh so important spot was still just GRASS! BUYER BEWARE,

River Vista RV Park has truly become our summer sanctuary! Each year, we eagerly anticipate our weekends spent here. As business owners, having a close getaway is a luxury, and River Vista provides the perfect escape. The accommodations are fantastic! From the sparkling pool to the well-maintained shower house, everything is designed for comfort and convenience. The facilities are always clean, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights for our family is the array of summer events. My kids absolutely adore the parades, and they particularly look forward to the exciting water fight—it's a highlight of our summer! The sense of community among the residents and staff adds to the charm of the park, and we often find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Another great aspect of River Vista is its proximity to the river. We love taking our boat out for fishing and just hanging out on the water. It's the perfect way to unwind and enjoy nature. We can't wait to spend many more summers at River Vista RV Park, creating unforgettable memories with our family and friends. If you're looking for a fun and family-friendly place to relax and enjoy the outdoors, this park is definitely the spot!

This is an over 55 RV village right on Little Manatee River. Since it is the off season we were able to get a spot easily. Susan (our neighbor) welcomed us upon arrival and helped us locate everything we needed to hook up. We spent the hot mid day in the recreation room (which was very quiet with WiFi so I could get some work done) and the evening at the pool. I got to see the rare (for this time of year) manatee down by the dock, along with some other wildlife. The showers and bathrooms were spotless. The laundry was easy to use.

Nice 55 and up campground. Quiet and relaxing. I wouldn't mind looking at getting a park model here for the winter. Nice location.

Nicely maintained. Well managed. Nice RV section.Currently construction going on for a new welcome center, shower house/laundry facility and game area. Once that is completed the park will be awesome.

We planned to stay a week at what we thought was a RV Resort but realized very quickly that this is a mobile home community with a few RV sites. We had to be moved from our original assigned site to another nicer one because our rig was too big for it. This place is misrepresented on their website. It did not have laundry facilities nor did they share that they were under construction building it. What a waste of time and money on this stop for us. If you are looking to bring your RV and live here, this might be an option. I think they pay rent instead of owning the property but the mobile homes were very dated so who knows what the situation really is...lots of very senior adults living very close together with no security at all. Definitely not for RVers looking for an RV Resort.

After buying our first camper, we reserved a site here to test our equipment and out knowledge close to home before going on a long trip. From making the reservation to check in, we found it very easy. We were in a pull through site. The site is clean and has a paver patio. Concrete pad made for easy leveling and set up. If you like to fish the pier is great. Not far from restaurants and stores. Very quite too.
